What about allergies?

Our Eggwhite class can use Aquafaba as an organic substitute for egg allergies and is also Vegan friendly! If anyone in the group has other food allergies (nuts / cinnamon / bananas/ etc) just let us know so we can avoid them in our recipes.

Question 2

If my class is held in the Loft, is there assistance if I need it?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Kingfly Spirits is equipped with a Lift and we have Restrooms on every floor.

Question 3

How hands-on is it?

Accepted Answer

You become the bartender! All tools and ingredients are provided and our bartender will give some insight into the topic, do a demo using some pro tips for you to try, and we set you free to give it a go!

Question 4

Is Food included or available?

Accepted Answer

Kingfly offers small plates like charcuterie, Bavarian pretzels w/house-made beer cheese, and salty snax mixes available for purchase. We also allow any outside food to be delivered such as pizza / sushi / other catering.

Will everyone be watching me?

Accepted Answer

We host our Cocktail Classes away from our bar so it feels more private and away from public viewing. We utilize our Apothecary area on our 1st floor and we have multiple spaces in our 2nd fl Loft for more privacy.
