I loved Pause and was surprised at how reasonable the prices were. I did the compression therapy, which made my hips feel better, red light and cryotherapy. Everything was clean and new, and the staff was helpful and friendly. I felt great after the treatments. Will definitely return

This is by far the best health spa I have ever been to. It's so clean and everyone there is so friendly and helpful. Contrast therapy has changed my life and Pause is my favorite place to do it. Nikole and the team always make me feel at home and they are so informative and helpful. Highly recommend

Life-Changing! Pause studio is rethinking the wellness space in an incredible way. This location is beautiful, relaxing and a dream come true for all your wellness needs. From cryotherapy, ice baths, infared saunas and even IV drips. I love their staff. They are always so kind and helpful and they truly care about you and want to to help you feel amazing. I highly recommend everyone to take care of yourself and this is the perfect place to do it!

Great staff! Easy going. Calm and clean. My first time with Cryotherapy and red light bed right after! It was amazing!!! Highly recommend.

My second home! I have the unlimited LED membership and come in several times a week as my go-to “pick me up.” It’s quick, effective, and I love the beautiful rooms and kind staff. My skin has never looked better, and my sleep quality has improved so much. Thank you, red light therapy, and thank you, Pause, for healing me in more ways than one!

I highly recommend Pause if you’re looking to decompress and do some self-care. The sauna, cold plunge, and cryotherapy were all relaxing and left me feeling recharged. It truly felt like a rewarding self-care session. Nikole is awesome and attentive as well as her staff. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to unwind and recharge!

I had an incredible experience at Pause with their guided breathwork and contrast therapy session. The combination of cold plunge and hot sauna left me feeling rejuvenated and deeply relaxed. A special shoutout to Sam, who was an amazing and encouraging instructor. Sam created such a welcoming environment, especially for beginners like myself, and made the entire experience comfortable and empowering. The team is professional, knowledgeable, and the studio is incredibly beautiful, clean, and welcoming!! Highly recommend this experience to anyone looking to improve both physical and mental health, it’s intimidating but incredibly rewarding!!

Staff, ambience and services are always exceptional! I am a regular for IV treatment and I feel like this has prevented me from getting sick! So many people are sick during the holidays but I feel protected!!

Amazing place to wind down. They have a multitude of experiences and rooms to enjoy yourself in. My favorite was the float, I’ve been a fan for sauna and cryotherapy for a long time and they offer amazing services for both of those, but the float was a great chance to get out of my head and reconnect with myself. Honestly didn’t expect an amazing experience since it’s basically just meditation time but floating while meditating is a whole different experience. Cant recommend them enough.

Super dig the vibe at this location. Check in was quick, they gave us water, and we jumped into their provided garments and straight into our cryo session. It was our first time and we loved it. Funny how my beard was frozen. We then used their sauna room which was super clean and such a chill vibe. Definitely worth checking out.

I have used their IV services quite frequently and I am pleased with how thorough their staff is in making sure I get just what I need. I always leave this place happy and relaxed and wanting to try a new modality the next time I visit!
