Soundbaths are mediative spaces that aim to use gentle instruments like singing bowls, flutes, and chimes to create frequencies that encourage relaxation. We aim to shift the body from fight-or-flight mode into rest-and-digest mode. 🌱

Question 2

Do we need to bring anything for the Soundbath experience?

Accepted Answer

I will provide everything, such as mats, blankets, pillows, a boombox and mic, diffuser with essential oils or sage/incense (your choice), and mood lighting if it’s an evening session.

Question 3

What do I wear?

Accepted Answer

Comfortable clothes you can lounge in. Leggings, sweatpants, or cute loungewear all work. If you're having a pool day, bathing suits and towels are ok. Can even be experienced on a floatie!

Question 4

Can you travel to me or do I need to travel anywhere?

Accepted Answer

I'm happy to travel anywhere in the Las Vegas area, and can travel outside of the city with proper notice.

I'm also happy to host your party within one of the many venues I partner with! You have both options to choose from.
