No, all equipment and props are provided by FIT BACH, including mats, pilates balls, and booty bands. We also provide a speaker for music and a custom playlist if you wish!

Yes, group photos and videos can be taken before and after the class. Your instructor can use your phone or can send you whatever content they captured!
