What happens if it rains?
If there is rain in the forecast, we can either move the picnic indoors in your home or we can move your picnic to another date! If neither of these options work for you, you will be entitled to a full refund. Unfortunately, we are unable to hold any outdoor events in rain or extremely high winds.
How does this work?
Pick the perfect package, theme, and location for your event and fill out our booking form! We will respond to your request via email with information regarding availability and next steps for booking. If we have availability on the date you have requested, we will send an invoice to you via email. A non-refundable down payment of 30% of the total price of the invoice will be required to reserve your date. On the day of your event, all you need to do it show up! Everything will be ready upon your arrival. Please note that you are responsible for all of the picnic set up until we return to clean up.
What locations do we service?
We are a pop-up picnic company that services NJ and parts of NY & PA! We service beaches, parks, residential locations, venues -- you name it! A list of beaches we typically service can be found on our booking form!
What does a picnic cost?
Pricing for all of our services can be found on their designated page. Please note that pricing varies on guest count, location, package, etc.
Do you supply food & beverages?
Water, sparkling water, and ice are included with each picnic! We offer charcuterie boards and dessert charcuterie boards as add-ons to your picnic! You are more than welcome to bring any food and drink of your own! Although food is not included, we provide plates, utensils, napkins, and drinking glasses for each guest!
