Do you bring all the equipment?
Yes! We bring everything needed to cook and serve. We’ll use your stove/oven and counters, and bring any specialty tools required for the stations.
Do we have to provide plates and utensils?
We can use what’s available in the kitchen, or provide all disposables if preferred. Just let us know before the event so we can plan accordingly.
How does grocery billing work?
You pay groceries at cost after the event (receipt provided). Most groups budget ~$35 per guest depending on menu choices. No markup — ever.
How long does the brunch experience last?
Typically 3-7 hours from arrival to full clean-down. We arrive 90-120 minutes before the planned brunch time to prep and set up.
Can you handle dietary restrictions?
Absolutely. We can accommodate gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, and selective eaters with advance notice.

What if our Airbnb doesn't have much cookware?
No problem — we bring the tools needed to execute the menu. As long as there’s a functional stove/oven and sink, we’re good.
Do you help with alcohol?
Yes — you purchase all beverages, and we’ll tell you exactly how many bottles of champagne, juice, etc. to buy for your group size and menu.
How far do you travel?
We serve Philadelphia, South Jersey, and Jersey Shore towns. Travel fees may apply for peak-season shore weekends or long distances.
When do we choose the menu?
After booking, we finalize your selections via message. We’ll help you craft a custom menu that fits your group’s tastes and vibe.
What if the guest count changes?
Totally normal — final guest count is confirmed 72 hours before the event and pricing adjusts accordingly.
Do we need to clean anything?
Nope. We fully clean the kitchen before we leave. It should look better than when we arrived.
