What you'll do:
Create an in-home wine tasting featuring Great Lakes wines! From slumber parties to birthday celebrations, Grape Lakes Wine helps curate a vibe and tasting to fit your event, all from the comfort of the couch. Whether your at home, in a hotel or renting an Airbnb, we'll make it a night to remember. After a brief discovery call to explore your ideal night, we'll put together a menu, build a table scape and prepare clean up. All your guests have to do is show up, taste wine and have fun! Just don't forget the matching pjs ;)

The Great Lakes wine scene has been gaining popularity for the last decade and it's not stopping. Grape Lakes Wine owner and certified sommelier Samantha Mertins, a Michigan native, has been exploring the region to find the best glasses possible for your table. Her guided tastings make trying new wine fun and approachable, all while learning about the region. Let Grape Lakes Wine create the perfect event for a bachelorette, birthday, or even just a fun night in.

Age Limit: All guests must be 21 or older to participate in a tasting event. Guests under 21 will be excluded from the tasting.

What's included in my deposit?
Your deposit includes a reservation for a discovery call and locks in your desired experience date. During our call, we’ll design your perfect experience and following, we’ll submit a final invoice which is due 30 days prior to your event.
How do I book my experience?
Dates are secured with your deposit and after our discovery call. Final payment is due 30 days before experience.
What is your refund policy?
All deposits will be 100% refunded if an experience doesn’t come to fruition. We will not refund any cancellations less than 30 days before wine experience. Cancellations prior to 30 days before event will be subject to a 5% booking fee.
How far will you travel?
All initial price estimates include experiences within 60 miles of Detroit. Travel beyond the Detroit area is absolutely available! We will discuss pricing upon discovery call.
Is food included?
A 3-course food pairing can be provided for all In-Home tastings. We'll discuss food options, including preferences and allergies, in our discovery call.
