Reviews for Suncoast Recovery - Mobile Cold Plunge & Sauna

We came down to Tampa for a guys weekend and after a pretty late night out, Suncoast Recovery was exactly what we needed. We did the sauna and cold plunge and honestly felt way better afterward. It was a great way to reset and get ourselves ready to keep going with the rest of the weekend. Definitely something we’ll be doing again next time we’re in Tampa.

I had the pleasure of having Suncoast Recovery at my event, and it was such a great experience! The owner is a young entrepreneur who has put a lot of work and thought into building his mobile sauna and cold plunge trailer, and it really shows. Having the trailer at our event was a huge hit. The setup was professional, convenient, and easy to work with from start to finish. I especially love supporting a local business that’s taking an idea and turning it into something really cool for the fitness community. I would absolutely recommend Suncoast Recovery for fitness events or anyone looking for a unique recovery experience. We’ll definitely be having them back!

Really great experience, everyone loved it.

Really impressed with Suncoast Recovery. The mobile setup makes it so convenient because you don't have to drive somewhere or spend half the day at a recovery facility. The sauna was great and the cold plunge definitely woke me up. Jason was easy to work with and made the whole process simple. I'll definitely be using them again.

This was my first time ever trying a cold plunge and I was definitely a little nervous about the temperature going into it. Jason was really helpful and gave me a few tips on how to approach it as a beginner, which made the whole experience a lot easier. Still definitely cold 😂 but it was way more manageable than I expected and I'm glad I tried it.

We rented one of the cold plunges for the weekend while staying at an Airbnb and it worked out perfectly. Jason got everything set up really quickly and after that we basically had our own private plunge to use whenever we wanted. It was nice not having to schedule anything or leave the Airbnb, especially with a group of friends. We used it multiple times throughout the weekend and would definitely do it again.

We had Suncoast Recovery come out for our bachelorette weekend and it was such a fun addition to the trip. Everyone was able to try the sauna and cold plunges, and it was honestly a nice break from all the other activities we had planned. The setup was really cool and made for something different than your typical bachelorette activities. Everyone was talking about it afterward!
