Additional information:

• Age limit: You must be 18 or older for IV therapy; not all persons are candidates for therapy.

• Each person will have to fill out a health history form, and will need to have a Telehealth call with a provider, at the latest, a week before the event, so we may order each person's formula. The deposit will be due at the time of booking and will go towards the purchase. To get a full refund of the deposit will need to cancel at least 10 days prior to the event.
