• Gratuity is not included in the booking total and can be provided after the experience. A minimum 20% gratuity is recommended.

• Travel fees may apply depending on the location of your event.

• Any decrease in guest count should be communicated at least 7 days before your event.

Party Location & Setup Requirements:

Outdoor spaces are highly recommended for the best Hibachef experience. If an outdoor setup isn't possible, suitable alternatives may include:

• A home or indoor space with ceilings at least 10 feet high, with windows and doors open for proper ventilation

• An empty garage

• An enclosed or well-ventilated patio

• A tent with a minimum height of 10 feet

Rooftop Events: If there is no elevator available, assistance must be provided to help the chef transport the equipment. If assistance cannot be provided, the experience will need to take place on the first floor.
