How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance for private chef and catering services, and 4-6 weeks for yacht chef services. However, we understand that last-minute events happen and will our best to accommodate short order bookings when possible.
What dietary restrictions and preferences can you accommodate?
We can accommodate virtually all dietary restrictions and preferences including but not limited to vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, kosher, halal, and specified food allergies. During your consultation, we'll discuss your needs in detail to create a customised menu that meets all requirements.
Are your services only available in The Bahamas?
We primarily serve the Bahamian Islands and surrounding areas. For yacht chef services, we are available for departures from any marina and accommodate extended charters. For special events or unique requests outside our primary service area, please contact us to discuss possibilities.
Do you provide the ingredients and supplies?
Yes, all services include complete food provisioning and ingredient sourcing. We use only the finest quality ingredients, sourcing locally when possible. For yacht services, we coordinate all provisioning according to vessel specifications and storage capabilities. The cost of ingredients is included in our service pricing.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers, and cash payments. For your convenience, we can provide bank transfer details upon request and you will receive a detailed invoice for your records once payment is made. Deposits can be paid via any of these methods to confirm your booking.
