Just the basics: your event date, the name of your villa or resort, guest count, and which flavors you're craving (e.g., Are we doing the Full Bahamian Seafood spread or the Jerk & Ribs BBQ?).

What's included in your grill rental service?

We bring the entire restaurant to you. This includes top-quality commercial grills, essential utensils, and can be expanded to include stainless steel chafing dishes, buffet tables, and linens. Delivery, professional setup, and pickup are always included.

What does the "Expert Grill Chef" service entail?

Our chefs don't just cook; they provide the entertainment! Your Grill Master arrives with professional equipment to prepare your feast fresh on-site. From dicing the conch live to managing the open flame for your jerk chicken and ribs, they handle the "Grill Theater" while you relax

Do you handle setup and cleanup?

Yes! We want you to enjoy the party, not the dishes. For our chef services, we manage the full setup and perform a meticulous cleanup of the food prep and serving areas. We leave your villa exactly how we found it.

What areas in The Bahamas do you serve?

We primarily serve Nassau and Paradise Island. For groups staying on the Out Islands, please contact us directly to discuss custom travel logistics for our team and gear.

What are your payment terms and cancellation policy?

To lock in your date, we require a signed agreement and a non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance is due prior to the event. Detailed terms regarding rescheduling or cancellations will be outlined in your custom proposal.

What if there are dietary restrictions or allergies among my guests?

No problem! Because we prepare so much of our food live on-site (like our Conch Salad and Grilled Fish), we can easily customize spice levels or ingredients for guests with allergies or vegetarian preferences. Just let us know during planning!
