Vibe Tribe Operating Hours Standard Booking Window Start Times: 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM End Times: 11:00 PM – 1:00 AM Official Policy: Operating Hours Vibe Tribe Transport operates primarily during peak nightlife hours. Average Bookings take place between: 6:00 PM – 1:00 AM Trips outside this window may be available by request depending on scheduling and availability. After Hours Any trip that extends past 12:00 AM (midnight) is considered after-hours and may include additional late-night pricing. After-hours pricing is applied for each hour (or portion of an hour) occurring after midnight. Example: 12:00 AM – 1:00 AM = 1 hour after-hours 12:00 AM – 2:00 AM = 2 hours after-hours Fee: A $50/hour after-hours fee applies for any time after midnight.

Deposit & Payment Policy ● A 30% deposit is required to reserve your booking date and time. This deposit is non-refundable and is applied toward the total booking cost. The remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to the scheduled trip. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit is received. Failure to submit final payment by the due date may result in cancellation of the reservation with no refund of the deposit. Payment Methods: Credit/Debit Card and Zelle are accepted. Cash and checks are not accepted for bookings. Cash tips are welcome.

If a reservation is canceled, the following terms apply: 14+ days before scheduled trip: Deposit is forfeited. No additional charges. 7–13 days before scheduled trip: Deposit is forfeited and 50% of the total booking cost is due. Less than 7 days before scheduled trip: Deposit is forfeited and 100% of the total booking cost is due. ● Rescheduling Policy: Rescheduling may be allowed one time with at least 7 days notice, based on availability. The rescheduled trip must be scheduled within 30 days of the original booking date. Rescheduling requests made with less than 7 days notice may result in a $75 rescheduling fee or may be denied.

Guests may not bring open drinks into venues or bring open drinks from venues onto the bus.

Smoking is not permitted on the bus at any time. This includes cigarettes, cigars, any tobacco products, and cannabis products. Vaping is permitted on the bus. Additional Fees Smoking & Vaping Policy Smoking is not permitted onboard the vehicle at any time. Vaping nicotine is allowed. No illegal substances permitted onboard. This policy exists to protect the vehicle, prevent odors, and ensure a clean experience for all guests. If smoking or vaping occurs onboard, an additional cleaning/deodorizing fee may apply (starting at $90+) and may be charged to the card on file.

Vibe Tribe Transport is not responsible for lost or stolen items. However, if an item is found, we will hold it for up to 14 days for pickup. After 14 days, unclaimed items may be discarded or donated.

If the client is not ready at pickup time, it may be considered a no-show and non-refundable.

Severe weather may require route adjustments or rescheduling.

Light snacks are permitted onboard. Guests are asked to avoid messy or greasy foods to help keep the vehicle clean. ● Allowed (normal) light snacks chips, candy small sandwiches pizza bottled water / soft drinks ● Not allowed (or discouraged) greasy foods (wings, ribs, burgers) sauces that spill full meals anything that stains upholstery.

Standard post-trip cleaning is included in all bookings. However, excessive mess (including spilled drinks, stains, vomit, broken items, or excessive trash) may result in an additional cleaning fee starting at $100+, depending on severity. If damage occurs, repair costs may be charged separately.
