Our corporate group had an amazing evening out with Captain Dane and Captain DJ. They were extremely accommodating when we requested the start time to be pushed back 30min. They were very knowledgeable about the lake and provided excellent service throughout our time. They even cleaned up all of our left over refreshment sand trash at the end of our charter. I would definitely go back and rent from Texas Forever again. Their boat is so beautiful as well.

Texas Forever is the absolute best charter experience you can have on Lake Travis! I’ve been out with them a few times now and had a blast every single time. Captain DJ and Captain Dane are knowledgeable, respectful, and skilled at ensuring everyone is safe and has an incredible experience. I love supporting a local family-run business as well (Dane and DJ are brothers and I think they grew up in the area but I could be wrong). The boat itself is probably the most impressive vessel on Lake Travis - a beautiful 40 foot yacht with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There’s plenty of room both inside the cabin and outside to hang out. They keep it well-maintained and clean and power wash the entire boat right before your charter and also immediately after. The cabin has 2 bedrooms, one smaller one with an incredible wall of windows looking out onto the front of the boat. The larger primary bedroom has a big bed and a connecting full bathroom with a shower. There’s also a kitchenette with a fridge and microwave, dining table, and additional seating. We set up decorations for a friend’s birthday in the cabin. There’s plenty of room, seating options everywhere, and multiple levels outside of the cabin to hang out or party on the boat. You can recreate the infamous Titanic scene in the bow of the boat. The front also has big lounge cushions if you want to lay down and tan or get the best pics. The stairs lead to the captain’s cockpit looking out over the front - amazing views while cruising. And the back in front of the cabin doors are usually where we had dance parties. The yacht comes with a floating lily pad and another giant float that was so comfy and even had a back rest. There’s also noodles on board so you can relax and cool off in the water. It’s super ideal for non-swimmers or people who don’t want to tread (Lake Travis is deeper than you think - we anchored at 40 feet deep). All in all, I would highly recommend Texas Forever Charters to anyone. I referred a friend who chartered the boat on 4th of July for their family and in-laws and they also had an incredible experience. If you want a superior luxury experience on Lake Travis this cannot be beat. And the pricing was a lot more reasonable than I expected - given that the yacht can hold so many people, splitting the cost was way less than I expected!

Such a fun experience! Plenty of room on the boat, two bedrooms where you can rest out of the sun. The captains are awesome (be sure you tip them!). There are also two bathrooms. Floats where you can chill on the water. It is truly an awesome experience you don’t want to miss.

I had absolutely the BEST TIME!!! What a unique experience and how cool that it’s two brothers running the show! They’re both so personable yet so professional…totally on top of their game. I live in Destin, Florida, where we have one of the largest fishing fleets in Florida so for 35 years I’ve been around many experienced captains, and I must say how impressed I was when Captain DJ backed that boat in to their slip literally maneuvering that boat on a dime! That takes a raw talent. And Captain Dane handled the boat very smoothly, always ensuring our safety while making certain we were comfortable and having a blast…which we were! He was the life of the party even playing his guitar for us! The boat was big, beautiful, and clean, I was very impressed! And I was so surprised to see how emerald green and beautiful the water is, very similar to our emerald green waters in the Gulf of Mexico in Destin FL. I loved how knowledgeable these guys were about the area… when I asked Capt. DJ why the water was so vibrant green he told me because the bottom is made of limestone so the white limestone gives it that vibrant color. I thought that was so informative. I loved learning that! The area is so beautiful and the water is so refreshing…enjoyed a nice swim and hung out on their enormous float that held like 8 of us at once! So fun!! I can’t wait to go back for another trip and highly recommend Texas Forever Charters!
