We had an awesome experience on our tour yesterday. We saw lots of gators 🐊 and had a very engaging experience. We got to learn new facts and see the gators up close. I think our tour guide was Scott and he did a great job. Would highly recommend this tour!

We did this last minute tour on the small 6 people airboat. It was awesome! So glad we decided to do and totally worth the price. We saw several alligators and some raccoons. Our guide fed them and even had a big one coming up to the boat and jumping around. We were three in our group plus one more person that joined so it felt very intimate. Really had a fun experience. Our guide grew up in the area and was very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Garrett made our excursion exciting. We had a blast. This adventure was the highlight of our trip. It was so much fun. We saw several alligators including baby alligators. We too saw bald eagles. We got to know a few local gators named Lefty and Ray. Garrett fed the gators marshmallows. This tour offered beautiful scenery through the bayou and swamps. They also have a really nice gift shop. I highly recommend Ragin Cajun Airboat tours.

This has been on my bucket list for years - and it was even more fun than expected! Definitely suggest doing the small or medium sized boat, they take you zooming through the waterways while looking for gators. Our guide was awesome, he shared a bunch of cool facts throughout. 10/10 experience, would absolutely recommend!

This is the second time I’ve done a tour with this company, and Dalton was my guide both times. I cannot recommend them enough. It’s such a fun, unique experience and they really go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy yourself. They’re so familiar with their land and the animals on it, it’s really amazing to see. Plus, there’s super cute cats to pet. Definitely worth the trip out.

What a blast! Scott was a wonderful guide who taught us a lot about alligators—especially about their unique personalities and history. We felt safe and appreciated. I cannot recommend the smaller group tour enough.

Garrett gave us an excellent tour. We loved watching the alligators eat hot dogs and then get marshmallows for dessert. The property was beautiful, and we saw so many alligators—one even crawled right up the side of the boat! Garrett knew all of their names and personalities, which made the experience even more fun. I definitely recommend this place over others, especially since they have their own private property.

Unexpected surprises and delight on our airboat excursion. The tour operator did a fantastic job communicating with us. We received text messages prior to our shuttle driver picked us up and made sure to follow up after our trip to ensure we had the best item. Shuttle picked us up 2 hours prior to our trip. The gift shop/check-in office is well managed & restrooms were also very clean. Our airboat captain was friendly and made sure to give us lots of history and environmental information. The airboat ride was smooth and exciting. I normally get sea sick, but I didn’t feel any motion sickness. Very happy we were able to see so many alligators, birds, and the beautiful swamp landscape.

The airboat tour was an absolute blast. On top of being able to see some interesting fauna and flora (gators included!) you get to cruise around a bit like the swamps are a race course. No real need to hold on for dear life, but it will definitely get your blood pumping a little too. The captains are what really make the ride and ours was funny and informative and kept the whole ride exciting. Would definitely be a top tier tour recommendation for anyone interested.

There’s tour was worth every penny! We had one of the most amazing guides. I just wish I could remember his name… however with that being said, we interacted with one other guide quite a bit in the beginning who was also pretty awesome! These guides clearly know the area exceptionally well and are extremely knowledgeable not only about the gators, but also about the environment and other species of animals that occupy the region. I personally recommend sitting in the front because you get the best view. I highly recommend I can’t say this enough. The trip was the perfect amount of time too. It is a little off the beaten trail if you were a tourist visiting New Orleans, but I hear they have shuttle services for those who don’t have a car. For those who do have a car, there’s plenty of parking in the back.

Listen, anytime I see a website or tour claim right away that they are the #1 tour, I'm doubtful. In this case, they were 100% accurate. Shuttle picked us up, the driver was friendly and engaging. Our guide was awesome. Made several stops on the tour to call attention to many different things. Told very interesting stories of some of the gators, the history of a few, and even shared a peek at a scar on his hand from a learning opportunity he had aboard a tour. Crazy to think that we had gators right next to the boat, and at no time did anyone feel in danger. Cannot recommend enough!

We took a trip recently to New Orleans and Baton Rouge for me to bowl nationals. I booked us an airboat ride through Ragin Cajun and I paid to be on a smaller boat for more of a personal experience. Out of our whole trip this was probably the best things we did. Our guide was Zach and his knowledge was not only on point he made it a great time for us. Well worth it if we get back there anytime soon we would do it again. Thank you again Ragin Cajun and Zach.

Had a wonderful experience at Ragin Cajun with a bachelorette party. Captain Mike was so kind and knowledgeable about all the wildlife and landscape. It was a first class tour that I would highly recommend for anyone looking for an exciting, up close experience in the Louisiana wetlands.

This was the best part of my New Orleans trip by far. Mike was the BEST guide - funny, super friendly, extremely informative, and you can tell that he was in just as much awe of the wildlife as we were. We saw ~10 adult gators and were lucky enough to see a whole group of 22 tiny babies with their mom. Beautiful scenery and animals, I would absolutely do this again.

Oh my word this was beyond all my expectations! Capt Jacob was amazing, informative and fun. He was able to answer all our questions and provided so much information. He absolutely loves his job. Watching the other boats you could tell the captains were keeping thier guests entertained also...even Cousin Eddy
