Do you require a deposit?

Yes, a deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due the morning of setup.

What’s your refund policy?

Accepted Answer

Deposits are non-refundable within 2 weeks of your event. But if your plans change, we can often apply your payment toward a future date (depending on availability). If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible so we can work with you.

Question 3

Do you deliver to hotels and Airbnbs?

Yes! We specialize in Airbnb and hotel setups. Just give us the details and we’ll make sure your celebration is ready to go when you walk in.

Question 4

Do you travel outside of Orlando?

Yes, we serve the surrounding Central Florida area. Travel fees may apply depending on location — let us know your party spot and we’ll confirm.

Can we choose our own colors or theme?

Absolutely! We will work with your chosen theme. We’ll design a setup that perfectly matches your vibe.

Question 6

How long does setup take?

Accepted Answer

Most balloon garlands and backdrops take 2-3 hours to set up, depending on the size and details. We’ll coordinate with you (or your Airbnb/venue host) to set up before you arrive so everything is ready for your crew.

Do you take everything down after the party?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the package. For some of the smaller packages, everything used in setup would be yours to keep. For some of the displays, we will need to pick up equipment after a set time. It definitely depends on the package; we’ll work with you on the best option.

What about sweet treats?

Accepted Answer

Most of our packages include cake pops. They can be customized to match your colors or theme and are available for individual wrapping or displayed in the box without individual wrapping. If cake pops are not your thing, we definitely have other sweet treat options you can swap them with.
