Frequently Asked Questions for Private Scottsdale Sound Bath for Bachelorette Parties & Groups

Question 1

What is a sound bath?

Accepted Answer

Despite the name, there’s no actual bathtub involved. A sound bath is a deeply relaxing experience where you lie comfortably while crystal singing bowls and other soothing instruments create immersive sounds and vibrations. Many guests describe feeling calm, refreshed, grounded, and deeply relaxed after a session.

Question 2

How long is the experience?

Accepted Answer

The standard sound bath experience lasts approximately 60 minutes. This allows plenty of time to relax, unwind, and fully immerse yourself in the experience without taking up too much of your Scottsdale itinerary. Extended session upgrades may be available for groups looking for a longer wellness experience. Your soundhealer will arrive 30-45 mins early to set up.

Question 3

How far in advance should we book?

Accepted Answer

Bachelorette and group weekends book quickly in Scottsdale. We recommend reserving your date 2–4 weeks in advance when possible. Last-minute requests may be accommodated based on availability.

Question 4

Can the experience be customized?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Each experience can be tailored to your group's vibe and celebration. Whether you're looking for a meaningful bride-centered moment, a relaxing recovery session, or a wellness-focused addition to your Scottsdale itinerary, we'll work with you to create an experience that feels just right.

Question 5

Do we need to prepare anything?

Accepted Answer

Just a clear, quiet space in your Airbnb and a willingness to relax. I bring all instruments and create the atmosphere. Guests are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and arrive hydrated.

Question 6

What should we wear?

Accepted Answer

Wear whatever helps you feel comfortable and relaxed. Many groups choose coordinated lounge sets, pajamas, robes, or a themed color palette for photos following the experience, but comfort is always the priority.

Question 7

Do you offer outdoor sessions?

Accepted Answer

Outdoor sessions may be possible depending on your Airbnb setup, noise levels, and weather. Please mention this in your inquiry.

Question 8

When is the best time to schedule during our trip?

Accepted Answer

Popular times include:

- After the arrival day to reset from travel.
- Before dinner or a night out.
- Mid-weekend as a grounding pause.
- Morning and early evening sessions are especially loved.

Question 9

Is this suitable if we've been drinking or plan to drink afterward?

Accepted Answer

Yes - with intention. Light social drinking before or after is fine. The experience is designed to be grounding and restorative, and many groups enjoy pairing it with a calm evening or relaxed gathering afterward.

Question 10

What is a floating sound bath?

Accepted Answer

A floating sound bath combines the deeply relaxing experience of a traditional sound bath with the sensation of gently floating in a pool. Participants relax on pool floats while immersed in the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other sound instruments, creating a unique and unforgettable Scottsdale wellness experience.

Question 11

Do we need to provide our own pool floats?

Accepted Answer

No. Pool floats are provided as part of the floating sound bath, making planning easy and stress-free. If your group already has floats you'd like to use, that's perfectly fine too. We'll coordinate the details with you before your experience.

Question 12

Is a pool required for the floating sound bath?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The floating sound bath add-on requires access to a private pool large enough to comfortably accommodate your group. If a pool isn't available, a traditional sound bath can be hosted indoors or outdoors at your Airbnb or private residence.

Question 13

Is this experience suitable for all ages?

Accepted Answer

This experience is designed for guests ages 16 and older. No prior experience with meditation, sound baths, or wellness practices is required, making it accessible for both beginners and experienced participants alike.
