I had called in to schedule for a group of 16 friends and Rosemarie was wonderful to talk to. Not everyone in our group could drink or do the tasting and she had recommended the perfect set up and theme for the outing, 11 tastings with history and snack pairings, while the rest can grab a cocktail/mocktail from the bar. She followed up with an email confirmation, along with a WhatsApp reminder the day before and day of. We ended up not being able to go, due to an health emergency, and I let Agave know we needed to cancel. They were very understanding and even followed up to make sure we were ok. I highly recommend this place. We will absolutely be back to experience this!

what an amazing tequila tasting experience, first rate! Rosemary knows tequila. She taught us a lot about lowland versus highland tequila and tequila versus mezcal. She paired the tastings with little taste bites of smoked agave, tomato, strawberries, nuts, banana muffin, and roasted grasshoppers. She had us clean our palate with "magic water", this beautiful pink lemony drink. and at the end we were each served a beautifully crafted cocktail! It was an amazing experience!

This was the best experience of our trip to Cabo. We drink a lot of tequila and are fairly knowledgeable but we had such a great time here. We showed up without resarvations but Ignacio immediately took the time to set us up a premium experience. We tasted more tequilas than I can count (see pic) with Ignacio's knowledgeable descriptions and pairings along the way. And then closed it out with two delicious cocktails. We ended up purchasing two delicisious bottles which were packaged up for us extremely well for transport home. If you're in Cabo and love tequila, this is a great place to taste some local family brands that you've probably never heard of in the states. Oh and we ate crickets. :)

Rosmeri is amazing. We learned so much and tasted a ton! We bought a few bottles to bring home and I can't wait to sip on them and remember our trip to Cabo. Highly recommend!

Rosemary was an amazing host/business owner. Her knowledge of the making of tequila and regions was impressive. The tasting was fun and educational. Our friends did not appreciate the different tequilas until this experience. Highly recommend for finding your fit of a good tequila.
