I enjoy these kinds of places, where the flavor of a cocktail gets distilled into an ice cream. I got the Cake Batter Vodka Martini which tastes exactly how it sounds. It's very sweet like cake batter and is a little boozy on top. I don't think it'd work as a real cocktail but made for a great dessert on a Tuesday evening.

I never knew they had alcohol infused ice cream. I found it cool and refreshing. The location is very nice and close to China town and also capital one arena. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to visit there.

I always wanted to try alcohol infused ice cream and now that I have, I should have done it before because it is fenomenal! Its hard to describe the strawberry white sangria but it was so good and the creaminess of the other which I don’t even remember what flavor was it but it was 10/10. Service was also great, thanks to the guy at the counter for being so patient with me. The best part was that I could eat it outdoors and didn’t have to worry about getting arrested 😂

We went during their happy hour, which is 4-6pm on weekdays, and got the flight for $11! It was AMAZING! The boozy Easter basket was easily our favorite. The staff was super friendly, they also have non-alcoholic options as well as dairy free and vegan options which I loved. Definitely will be coming back! We didn’t even get to the signature sundaes or ice cream cocktails 😁

I went to tipsy scoop and it was amazing. Yes I was greeted by Zach . He is the coolest guy. He was so nice so respectful so professional he made my drink with love. I did get tipsy baby and I will be back. The drink was so good y’all gotta go there it’s amazing and also you get to leave with your margarita scoop cup. That was so great. I love it will be back amazing

I absolutely love Tipsy Scoop DC! First and foremost, I feel so loved when I walk in there! The staff is so sweet! And the owner is just a GEM! Customer service made me return over and over again. Second, the flavors and just how good the ice cream is OMGGGGG! I cannot get enough of the flights!! I’m a chocolate lover so imagine my surprise when the Cherry Blossom scoop had me rethinking my favorite flavor! I recently tried the new Tequila Lovers flight and the Tequila Mexican Hot Chocolate was a winner, it did not disappoint. I can’t wait to see what new flavors The Scoop rolls out for the summer time! Do yourself a favor and get down there you won’t be disappointed at all!

The service was very welcoming the owner was a sweet woman and I appreciate her service she was absolutely willing to make sure that everyone that had come to an establishment for her opening were treated with the absolute most respect and service going so far as to work the line herself! Big love for the city. Watch out for that happy hour you can get really tipsy. The Establishment also out offers alcoholic beverages for purchase separately from the ice cream this will be a very important spot for bar-goers looking to enjoy ice cream, fun good smells and a welcoming staff. Looking forward to another tipsy cherry blossom scoop it was great!

My best friend and I really enjoyed our ice cream yesterday. I had the “Whisky Dreams” and my friend had “It’s My Party”. Whenever we’re back in DC, Tipsy Scoop will definitely be back on the list to go again!
