Such a great time you really have to go and see the sky its something ya cant describe you just have to see it for yerself its an experience like no other

What a awesom night the sky was clear and absolutely perfect so many stars and getting to see a galaxy with my own eyes thru a 18in telescope was something i didnt think id ever do. Chris was outstanding and made it so fun 10/10 would definitely do again.

This tour was so fun! Chris is incredibly educated on Astronomy and had so much fun knowledge to share! The equipment was amazing and being able to see the stars from the camera telescope was amazing as well as looking into the large telescope to see planets, stars, and clusters. This was not only really fun but also very educating. Since it was chilly, blankets were provided and that was also such a nice touch! Will be coming back next time we’re in Sedona.

Chris did a fantastic tour for just the two of us. I am just learning about astronomy and astrophotography and being with Chris was absolutely an educational experience. He is off-scale knowledgeable about all aspects of astronomy including the photography aspect. I only wish we could do the tour several more times! It was that good! Thank you Chris!

Really enjoyed this tour! We chose this over others because it was a small group (max size of 12, we were lucky having just 3 total). We also appreciated that the event was also located outside of town with panoramic viewing. Chris is extremely knowledgeable and shared so many details about the night sky, both with his massive telescope and with live photos he took and presented in 4K. He had chairs and warm blankets ready to go and was extremely patient with questions.

Chris led a fantastic "tour" of the Sedona night sky! We learned so much and really appreciated his sharing his enthusiasm and knowledge about astronomy.

This was a worthwhile activity. The dark sky made for great viewing, and having such a knowledgeable host was very nice.

My wife and I did the tour last week and it was amazing! Christopher was a great guide to the stars. He was very knowledgeable and enjoyed sharing that with us. State of the art equipment, telescopes and viewing the sky on the monitors enhanced our experience!

Chris was very knowledgable & clear in communicating the night sky on our tour. Looking thru his 18 inch large telescope was awesome & then seeing on TV screen from his computer operated telescope the difference in what CAN be seen was impressive.

Sedona is a certified dark sky area. Take advantage of the low light pollution and go on a dark sky tour with Night Owl tours. You drive about 30 minutes from the village of Oak Creek out to the location where the stargazing is done. It’s a pleasant drive. The last three or 4 miles are on a dirt road that can be done by any type of vehicle but does require a little bit of care. Once on top of the hill, you’re greeted by Chris and all of his fabulous toys. He’s got chairs for you, a big screen TV, and two of the coolest telescopes I’ve ever seen. Chris is incredibly knowledgeable in astronomy and will take you on a tour of the stars like nothing you have ever seen. You’ll get to look through the telescope yourself at the various things that he’s pointing out and hear all about our galaxy and other galaxies in the universe. The sky view from the stargazing area cannot adequately be described. On a clear night the amount of stars you can see is limitless. Make time to do this while you’re visiting Sedona because it’s absolutely worth the effort.

I purchased this as a gift for my mom's birthday, and it did not disappoint! The instructor was very knowledgeable and informative. He answered all our questions and then some. The telescope was impressive and we enjoyed the photos we received after the trip. Easy directions and walkable access to the location. We appreciated the chairs and blankets provided. Overall a memorable experience. Would highly recommend!
