What you'll do:
Start your party off with some good, healthy FUN — a private, small group workout at our studio in Uptown Hoboken!
You and your friends will be guided through a 45-minute workout — whether you like yoga, dance, strength, circuit training, conditioning. barre, TRX or Pilates mat, we have you covered! You can choose your format, or let one of our expert trainers take control. Expect high energy, individual attention, modifications for any level, and LOTS of laughs.
Work out to curated tunes featuring your favorite genre of music, or supply your own playlist of your favorites to keep you motivated.

The FitClub Hoboken focuses on small group training so we can focus on YOU! We lead inclusive groups in a private space - all you have to do is show up and have fun, no matter your experience or abilities.
We focus on strength, endurance, core, and functional movements to help you move and feel your best. Whether you're prenatal, postpartum, or perimenopausal; whether you're a beginner or seasoned athlete; whether you're in your 20s or your 70s, we meet you where you are so we can push you to be your best.

Where are you located?
The FitClub Hoboken is on Adams Street between 13th and 14th Streets. Our entrance is in the middle of the block, across from Cube Smart -- not at the main building entrance.
What kinds of workouts are available?
We specialize in strength, cardio/strength circuits, and HIIT, mobility, TRX/Core. We are suitable for all levels, and can add additional modalities like barre, pilates, dance, self-defense, boxing, or traditional yoga.
What should I bring?
Bring appropriate footwear and water; we have mats, but if you have one you'd like to use, you're welcome to bring it along. We often use the surrounding parks, weather permitting, so keep that in mind if you'd like SPF, sunglasses, layers, etc.
Can I bring my own music?
Yes! We are happy to use your playlist, or create a theme class for you. We can coordinate this together in advance of your event.
