My friend texted me and told me I found a GEM! This place is awesome! Always an amazing vibe! It’s a really hard workout but when you see that you can do it you feel electric! You can enjoy a judgment free zone thank goodness! It’s sexy and it’s a good workout and it’s private! I like that even though there are other ladies in the class it still feels intimate! I’m so happy I found this place for my friend and I to go to!!!

I set up a private lesson for a group of 10 of us and it was so fun. It was very comfortable environment where we could let loose and have fun. Great for a girls night out.

I took my first ever class with Salis, it was only 3 of us students in there so we were lucky enough to get special attention. She created a comfortable and supportive environment. I took my second class as a 1 on 1 with Lexa, she was very very encouraging when i struggled and just overall really nice and informative.

Everyone has been so helpful, understanding and patient. I appreciate all the support

I took my first class at Girl Next Door Fitness last night and I cannot say enough good things. Salis is an amazing instructor and makes you feel so comfortable and at ease. Everyone at class was so inviting. It was a lot of our first time being there and we all had such a great time. I’ve never taken a group class before much less a pole class. I learned so much in just one hour. Already booked my class for next week. Can’t wait to go back!! Thank you ❤️❤️❤️
