Thanks Jordan, class was great! Scottsdale was hot but the teacher provided cool waters and sweat towels that really made a difference. If you're visiting Scottsdale in the summer just know 8am yoga is still toasty!!

I am new to yoga so I was nervous but this class was great! Our group had little experience and the teacher was able to guide us perfectly. She helped us adjust our postures and made the class fun with themed breaks in between sequencing. I wish every yoga class was like that!

Yoga was a perfect addition to our weekend in Scottsdale. We booked an energizing class but thankfully after a long night out our teacher was able to teach us a restorative flow. We felt very relaxed after the session.
