What a wonderful experience! If you are looking to fit some adventure into a jam packed Vegas trip, this is it! Half-day trip with shuttle pick up/drop off at our resort made it even better. Make sure you ask for Jayden as your tour guide! She was very knowledgable and kept us hydrated. Thank you, Jayden and Evolution Expedition for a wonderful day on the water!!

We had an awesome kayak trip with Faith she was definitely 5 star with her knowledge, experience, safety and her mermaid entertainment including her bubble ring. Thanks Faith for an awesome experience.

The kayak trip was so much fun! Our guide, Jadyn, was awesome! She was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful in every way! The extra waters were a huge plus with this Nevada/Arizona heat! Also, loved the history info along this stretch of the Colorado River! It was nice to see the camaraderie between all the guides. Thanks for pointing out the long horned mountain sheep and the wild donkey!!!

Teyha was an amazing guide and was super enthusiastic about nature and knowing her history. She was very attentive and engaging the whole time. Additionally, she was patient with us since we were beginners. We had a great time and enjoyed it thoroughly. It was an amazing experience. We did the 4 hour guided tour to emerald cave with the shuttle. Highly recommend!

From start to finish, you could tell evolution expeditions was very organized. We had to adjust times due to wind on the river, and we had no hiccups with the changes. They cared about us being safe as well. Our guides, Breanna and Emma, were great, very knowledgeable. The equipment was also in good condition. Overall great company.

We booked the Emerald Cave Kayaking Tour with Calvin. This was our first time doing a kayaking tour. Calvin was an amazing guide! We had such a good time and would recommend this if you are looking to experience the outdoors by water.

My husband and I booked the Emerald Cave Kayaking tour on the river of Lake Mead through Evolution Expeditions for something different to do while visiting Las Vegas. Communication was great and they were able to pick us right up from the designated hotels. It was a nice drive in the shuttle and Shawn stopped to show us the Desert Longhorn Sheep which was a bonus. Our guide Jadyn was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. It was a very warm day but she kept us hydrated with waters. The views were beautiful and the water was really an emerald color. It was a small wait to get into the cave as it is nice shade and picture worthy. Be ready to paddle, wear sunscreen, take in the views and enjoy the day. Thank you Evolution Expeditions!

Calvin and the team at Evolution Expeditions were amazing! I learned so much about the area and enjoyed the beautiful scenic kayak to Emerald Cave. Calvin was incredibly knowledgeable and a standout leader. I had the best time and recommend Evolution Expeditions to anyone who wants to appreciate local Vegas nature and history.

The 4-hour guided tour with lunch was an amazing experience, made even better by our guide, Faith! It was fun, educational, and a good pace for me, a novice kayaker. The guide was prepared with everything we could want or need, including drinks, snacks, bandaids, and sunscreen. She was also very knowledgeable about the flora and fauna we encountered. We stopped for lunch, which was good. We even lucky enough to see quite a few animals and birds on our trip! I would definitely recommend Evolution Expeditions to anyone visiting the area.

Fairh, our guide, was effervescent. Her knowledge of the river and the canyon was only matched by her easy personability. The hot springs and “sauna cave” along the way were singularly divine. As for logistics, everything was on time and lunch and snacks were great. We’re coming back to do it again.

Highly recommended! We were picked up from our hotel right on time. During the ride Octavio was full of wonderful information about the area, history, the Colorado River, and the Hover Dam. When we arrived at the river, everything was ready to go, we just had to put on our life jackets and go. We had never Kayaked before and it was fun and easy. Our guide was Brianna and she was wonderful. The views were beautiful, we even saw 4 big horn sheep drinking by the edge of the water. The Emerald Cave was a short wait but worth it. Within 12 hours, the picture she had taken had been sent to us. We will absolutely go back again.
