• What is Permanent Jewelry? — Permanent jewelry refers to dainty bracelets, anklets, and necklaces that are custom fit and welded directly onto you without a clasp. We use a quick and painless micro-welding technique to securely connect the chain ends, creating a clasp-less, everyday-wear piece.
• Pricing (Simple & Transparent) — Each permanent jewelry piece is $60, regardless of style. Charms and connectors are $10 each. That’s it — no hidden fees.
• Age Requirements — We are happy to weld permanent jewelry on anyone age 10 and up. Guests under 14 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
• Who Should Not Receive Permanent Jewelry — Due to the micro-welding process, we do not recommend permanent jewelry for guests with pacemakers.
• Booking & Scheduling — All appointments are booked directly through our “Book Now” page on our website, CharmAndChainAZ.com. Guests select the number of jewelry pieces, choose their preferred date and time, and enter event details at checkout. You’ll receive an immediate confirmation email, a reminder email 5 days before your event, and an “on the way” text on the day of your appointment.
For group bookings, simply select the total number of pieces needed (typically 1 per guest). One payment is processed at checkout, so group payment coordination should be handled prior to booking if splitting costs.
• Group Events & Timing — Appointments scale based on group size. Approximate timing:
1 guest → ~30 min | 3 guests → ~1.5 hours | 5 guests → ~3 hours | 8 guests → ~4 hours | 10 guests → ~5 hours
Larger events can be accommodated by combining appointment blocks when needed.
• Jewelry Selection & Process — Guests choose from bracelet, anklet, or necklace styles in sterling silver, gold-filled, or rose gold-filled chains. Chain styles include oval, heart, figaro, paperclip, curb, and seasonal styles as well.
Each guest may also select charms or connectors for customization. We measure and fit each piece, weld any charms or connectors onto the chain, then weld the chain ends together for a clasp-free finish. Every piece is finished with a pull test and cleaning to ensure durability.
• Mobile Setup Requirements — We travel directly to homes, Airbnbs, hotels, and event venues. For setup, we require:

Access to a standard electrical outlet
Adequate lighting
