Dream Cabin Getaways

Our group of 13 had a lovely time in David's cabin. There was plenty of space and we have no complaints! The cabin was very clean and homey. As Floridians, we were worried about getting to and from the cabin, especially during a snow storm. The drive up and down was not as bad as we expected and David was very flexible in allowing us to leave a little bit later on the morning of the storm due to the ice and snow. David and his assistant were very communicable and proactive for any issues that arose during the stay and I could not have asked for a more friendly and helpful host. Thank you so much!!

Thank you for opening your home and allowing us to enjoy the experience. We enjoyed our stay, although located privately, the cabin is close to the activities and attractions in the surrounding areas. We had clear communication and friendly conversations with the host. Our needs and requests were all met and our next visit to the area will be booked with this super host!

The cabin is beautiful, super clean, and the kitchen is very well stocked. We had five cars and there was still space for more. The game room, theater room, and hobbit door were lots of fun for the kids and adults. Very convenient location. The host is friendly and accommodating and provided great communications throughout the reservation process and our stay.

David and team were amazing hosts! They truly went above and beyond in making our stay incredible. We went for my sisters bachelorette and they helped me by accepting decor packages so I didn't need to fly with them, leaving them on the kitchen table for easy access when I arrived. They also allowed us to check in early. The other thing to note is his welcome packet is beyond helpful and has so many recommendations. I would stay here over and over again, has everything you need and more!

Dream view Lodge was exactly what we needed for a mountain getaway. The house was beautiful, spacious and very well taken care of with plenty to do in and around the cabin. From the pool, hot tub, books, games, home theatre, on property hike and fireplaces with stunning views. It was hard to tear ourselves away to venture into the town. Our only regret is not having a whole month to be able to do everything we wanted! David and Jeneff were incredible, kind and very helpful every step of the way. We can't wait to come back!

This cabin is amazing. Has all the amenities needed to feel at home. The host David communication is unmatched. I recommend this cabin and we will be a return client.

We booked the home for our 2025 Spring Break. There were 3 families, 6 adults and 6 kids (ages 4-13). We had so much fun and enjoyed all the amenities. The kids swam every day and thoroughly enjoyed the basement level. The adults enjoyed the fire pit area, the pool table and all the outdoor games. We also enjoyed going down the mountain to Donna Joe’s daily, and even got to tour the property with all the animals on it. So many great memories were made! Thank you David for your responsiveness throughout the trip and even after. Great follow-up!!!

Dream View Lodge was absolutely perfect for our stay in TN. Beautiful accommodations and the view was beyond stunning! It just doesn’t get any better than this. Spent our evenings on the upper deck by the firepit. The stars and sky at night were spectacular. So quiet. Enjoyed the theatre and game rooms and plenty of space for all six of us to spread out throughout the cabin. We also enjoyed the pool table. We didn’t have enough time to do all the things we planned to do so I guess we’ll just have to go back. I highly recommend this cabin. Host was stupendous. Immediately responded to texts.

My fiance, her twin, his fiance and myself had a very intimate elopement here Memorial Day weekend. It was absolutely perfect. Thank you so much for allowing us to use your space for our special day. Our son especially loved the game room, theater and pool. We loved the peace and the double shower over looking the mountains. Absolutely wonderful!

Very clean cabin with lots of amenities. We had 6 adults and 3 teenagers who enjoyed the cabin immensely. We had lots of room. The kids enjoyed the game room and there was a pool tournament most evenings.The mountain view was incredible and the trails next to the cabin were very good. We were able to enjoy the fire pit and the outdoor fireplaces on the deck in the evenings.Our family has voted they would come here again.And to top it off, David was the ultimate host in making sure we were happy and enjoying our stay.

Easy check in, everything worked great

We booked Lazybear Lodge for my best friend’s bachelorette party and it could not have been more perfect! From morning coffee on the deck with those mountain views to late-night laughs in the theater room, every moment felt special. The beds were ridiculously comfy, every bedroom had its own bathroom, and the fully stocked kitchen made our group meals a breeze. We loved soaking in the hot tub after a day of adventures, and goofing off in the tropical lounge. The location was perfect, close to Pigeon Forge and Wears Valley, and easy to get to with no scary steep roads. Spotless, spacious, and full of those little touches that made it feel like it was made just for us!

We loved our stay at Lazy Bear Lodge! The location was great with easy access to Wears Valley, Dollywood and Gatlinburg. The cabin itself was really clean, with plenty of room for our big group of families spread out. We loved how well-stocked the kitchen was, the great views, hot tub, Pool table lounge and theater. Our kids loved the big neighborhood pool, and the game room. David was a wonderful host.

We had an amazing time at Lazybear Lodge! From the moment we booked, David and his team checked in regularly, making us feel completely looked after. The cabin itself was spotless and stocked with every comfort. It has plush beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and jaw‑dropping mountain views from every window. Movie night in the dedicated theater room was a highlight for the whole family, and our kids couldn’t get enough of the community pool just down the road. We couldn’t have chosen a better home base for our Smoky Mountain getaway. Highly recommend!

We had the most wonderful time at Lazybear Lodge for our big family get-together. The adults loved starting each morning with coffee on the mountain-view decks, and the kids (and adults!) spent hours in the tropical lounge playing pool, video games, and relaxing in the hot tub. One night, we all cozied up in the bean-bag theater pit for movies and popcorn—not a single complaint from the teens! The layout was perfect for a large group, with six king bedrooms, plus queen and twin bunks, and comfy sleeper sofas. Everyone had space to spread out. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook big family meals. The location was super convenient to Wears Valley, Pigeon Forge, and Dollywood, and andwe felt safe knowing we weren't off in the woods somewhere in the middle of nowhere. David and his team were fantastic hosts. We’d absolutely recommend Lazybear Lodge!

The Dream View property did not disappoint! The view alone makes it worthy of a five star rating! We went into the national park and had a wonderful time, but came back to the house and all agreed that it provided the best view of the Smokies! It was constantly changing and always beautiful! We enjoyed morning coffee in the jacuzzi or around the propane fire pit. Our stay was comfortable, relaxing, and there was something to entertain everyone. Our granddaughter spent hours every day in the pool, which was also a tremendous asset! After the pool, she loved jumping in the Jacuzzi or enjoying the beautiful panoramic view shower! We made use of the pool table and the corn hole game every day. The fire pit for s’mores was a hit and we loved having the two levels of porches. The beds were very comfortable. The house was clean! The Host was very responsive and took care of issues. When the lights went out in the bathroom, they responded right away and had someone come out. When we suggested a new can opener, pizza pans and cookie sheets, the host ordered them the same day. Overall a great stay! The view is the best part!

We had a wonderful stay at Dream View Cabin. This was our yearly family vacation so we had a group of multiple families. The location was great, it was a trip up the mountain but the view was perfect! We enjoyed the fire tables and fire pit every day! The kids enjoyed the hot tub, pool and game room! We enjoyed a family movie in the movie room with fresh popcorn and plenty of seating for everyone! The beds slept great. We had plenty of room for all 14 of us! Highly recommend this property!

The cabin was beautiful! We had a big party of 16 with several children ranging from 2 to 17 and they all loved it! The outside area was spacious and the wrap around porch was beautiful! Highly recommend! Close drive to the main town and all the attractions.

David was an outstanding host, with excellent communication both before and during our stay. The cabin was perfect for our large group, offering plenty of space and breathtaking sunset views. Its location was ideal—just minutes from the attractions of Pigeon Forge, yet tucked away in the mountains for a peaceful and quiet retreat with respectful neighbors

If you want to get away from it all, this is the place to be! Great location with a cabin full of adventure to keep you busy. Host is quick to respond to your needs!!!

Our stay at David’s cabin was awesome! There were no issues with a strong attention to detail and everything was in working order. The guidebook he provided was very helpful. We would definitely recommend this cabin!

David was an amazing host! He went above and beyond to make our family trip very memorable and fun. He was very quick to respond and take care of any issues. He even had a 40th wedding anniversary cake delivered for my parents! Definitely would recommend!

Our family spent Christmas in this wonderful cabin and it was perfect! We were greeted by a large, lit up Christmas tree which delighted our grandkids. The cabin was spacious and wonderful for large family meals, playing games and doing puzzles. The fireplaces were such a cozy touch and we used the one in the living room continually. The grandkids loved the “secret door” into their bunk beds and the darling book closet. The location was great and allowed us to take in some attractions without a long drive. David was an attentive host and even helped us find a place to board our dogs for the day so we could take in Dollywood. We will forever have great memories of our Christmas in the Smokies!

Wonderful for a family vacation Very spacious so everyone had their own area. The owner and property manager were super sweet and attentive and checked to make sure everything was going okay. I would definitely recommend this cabin.
