My experience at Prime Cycle has truly transformed my fitness journey. Before joining, I had never tried spinning, but I'm thrilled to say that it has become one of my favorite workouts! I started coming for their spin classes, but their strength, dance, and barre classes have quickly become favorites as well! Juli, Ali and PC&B team inject so much passion and energy into each class, creating an atmosphere that's both invigorating and enjoyable. Every instructor is not only challenging and motivating in their own way, but they're also so kind and take the time to make sure you're comfortable and get to know you. They care about your physical and mental goals. I've been coming here for years and feel healthier and more confident than ever. I love the variety of classes offered with my Prime Cycle + Body membership. It's so convenient to mix up my workouts based on what I need, all in one place. The instructors are motivating and supportive; over the last 3 years they have challenged and changed me in the best ways possible! Plus, their curated playlists are always on point, so you feel the beat of the music helping to move with you throughout each class.
Prime Cycle and Body offers the best strength and reformer Pilates classes in Hoboken. The Body workouts are perfectly programmed to build muscle and endurance, while the Reformer classes deliver a killer core and full-body burn. The instructors are knowledgeable, encouraging, and keep every session fresh. The supportive, welcoming community makes it easy to stay consistent and motivated.
Haddy's Strength classes are exactly what I needed - quick, efficient, and guaranteed to make you sweat. Every minute is purposeful, the programming is challenging, and you leave feeling accomplished without wasting time. Perfect for anyone who wants maximum results in a fast-paced, well-structured workout.
I took Jennifer’s fast burn infrared heated class and I am now hooked. I was sweating in places I didn’t even know was possible to sweat from !! The infrared heat is such a plus too since there are so many benefits for the skin. Jen is an AMAZING instructor and motivates you to keep pushing . This is the one workout class that I don’t dread yet it’s my hardest workout class, go figure ! The studio is beautiful, chic, and extremely clean. They have everything you can think of available for guests such as toiletry items which adds a personal thoughtful touch from the operations team. Shows they truly care about their members and guest.
I’m new to Hoboken and I am making my rounds checking out all the studios with the class pass trial. This was the first studio that the front desk was actually welcoming and showed me around. I took the “best butt ever” class with Hady & he was also the first Instructor out of all the other studios I’ve tried to greet me, check on me during the class and afterwards! The class was also great! Definitely will be back!
The best fitness studio in Hoboken- all of their instructors are top notch and they offer such a great variety of workouts, my personal favorites being spin and barre! It’s a super fun and welcoming environment with challenging classes that will keep you coming back for more!
Prime is the best studio!! I love all the instructors - they are welcoming, challenging, and motivating! The fun music and themes make the classes fly by. There are a variety of classes to try too to mix up your weekly workouts. I have been coming here since I moved back to Hoboken and Prime has made me excited again about working out and getting stronger and healthier!
First time coming to Prime: Cycle and Body and ended having an amazing 6AM workout! My instructor Lindsay had me leaving her class shaking ahaha!! She was amazing!!! She was so helpful, she guide me with the correct weights and form. As someone who is getting back to working on full body strength, I definitely recommend Lindsay’s class as a starter!
I love the spin classes at Prime cycle! Instructors are great, there are a wide range of classes with various music genres to themed classes:) Ali and Julie’s classes are awesome, I love their energy! Classes are also beginner friendly, the instructors remind everyone to tune into and listen to their own body and how they’re feeling for the day so as not to overwork (p.s. even my partner who has never been to spin started coming for weekly classes with me!!)🤭 Plus, they send you a summary of your workout after every session - data collected on your bike!💯
