Taka was AMAZING! We had a surprise party for my husband and all the guests were blown away with the wonderful quality and beautiful presentation. We had 12 adults and we were very pleased with the variety and quality. AMAZING!! We will definitely be using him again!!

I’ve had the pleasure of experiencing Chef Taka’s Asian Fusion Catering three times now, and every single time has been exceptional. The quality of the fish is unbelievably fresh. The presentation is always elegant and beautiful. On top of that, Taka himself is so kind, professional, and friendly, which makes the experience even better. I’ll definitely continue to use him for future events!

If I could leave a 10 star review I would. They went above and beyond. The presentation was stunning—every platter looked like a piece of art. The quality and freshness of the fish were unmatched! Taka and his partner were fantastic! They were super friendly, responsive, and easy to coordinate with. Our experience was incredible and customizable. We did omakase and highly recommend it. All of the fish was caught that morning and served unbelievably fresh. The rolls had just the right amount of rice and allowed each piece of sushi to shine. Literally the best sushi I’ve ever had and was the highlight of the trip. We’re still talking about his sushi. Book Taka, you won’t regret it!

Asian Fusion Catering always brings fresh fish in ample quantities. Taka and his team are very professional and stay at the event until everyone is full and until the event is over. They never run out of food. Excellent presentation also! Highly recommend!

If I could give 10 out of 5 stars, I would! This experience was absolutely amazing! I cannot express enough how impressed I was and how satisfied the entire group was. The freshest sushi/sashimi/nigiri you could ask for, cutting and preparing everything right in front of you. Everyone in our group was completely full and there was still plenty of food leftover. They were so generous and kind enough to prepare us a plate of sashimi for us to enjoy the next day, which was so thoughtful. They were very fun and courteous, left the place spotless afterward. I highly recommend this experience to anyone who loves sushi and wants to have an incredible in-home experience. Make sure you come hungry!
