WOW!! Just WOW!! We hired Taka from AFC Sushi Catering for my husband’s 40th birthday party, and I honestly cannot say enough good things. The sushi was unbelievably fresh (they sourced the fish that morning and prepared everything on-site), absolutely delicious, and beautifully presented. Taka and Yuki are some of the sweetest, kindest people you could ever hope to have at your event. They were warm, professional, and made the entire experience effortless. And let me tell you… they made SO MUCH SUSHI. We had a house full of people eating all night and still had leftovers. Every guest was raving about it!!! Amazing food!!Amazing people!!Amazing experience!!! 10/10!! 5 stars!! Book them!!!

The sushi was amazing! Very high quality ingredients and beautiful presentation. The cook was very friendly and great to chat with. I recommend anyone to book him!

They were so generous and kind enough to prepare us a plate of sashimi for us to enjoy the next day, which was so thoughtful. They were very fun and courteous, left the place spotless afterward. I’ve had the pleasure of experiencing Chef Taka’s Asian Fusion Catering three times now, and every single time has been exceptional. The quality of the fish is unbelievably fresh. The presentation is always elegant and beautiful. On top of that, Taka himself is so kind, professional, and friendly, which makes the experience even better.
