CANVAS Hotel

I was greeted personally and warmly by everyone, who all really seemed to enjoy working there. The room was great, and the food was fantastic and very reasonably priced. Very pleasantly surprised! And a shoutout to Erika, who was awesome!!

This Hotel has such a cool vibe! It has some little bars around and it's close to several venues. We booked it last minute and both my husband and I were super impressed with the lobby and our room. It has an urban loft feel and the decor is fun!

Came here for a team offsite for work. Hotel has a very cool, laid back vibe and staff is really nice/genuine. Rooms are cute with exposed brick and little blue retro refrigerators. Comfy bed, spacious bathroom with very nice shower.

Everything was excellent, but what truly blew us away was the room. When we walked in, we found champagne, a stunning treat plate with chocolates and chocolate-covered strawberries, and beautiful flowers. I have never seen such an elegant room, and the fact that this was all arranged without me asking made the experience even more special.

Loved the cool vibe at Canvas. Our room was spacious (501) and had a retro vibe with 50s green fridge, microwave and even Kuerig coffee maker. Highly recommend the restaurant - great food, drink and service - could have done without the Christmas / holiday music in early November though. There are multiple EV charging ports although they require a bit more effort than Tesla superchargers and are level 2 so require some time if you have some serious charging to do. The hotel itself has an industrial feel as it appears to be a warehouse conversion, so exposed pipes, etc., but done thoughtfully and adds to the character of the property. If you’re planning a trip to Dallas for a concert sporting event or something else, highly recommend the Canvas hotel.

I got to the hotel on 11/18 around 3pm. The front desk staff was helpful and professional. The only thing that would have helped is if the front desk was more clearly marked. I was able to find it, obviously, but there was a moment where I questioned where it was. We had dessert and drinks at the rooftop bar. Again, the service was wonderful and the bartender, Juan, went above and beyond for our party. There was no hot water at the bar and he took the time to get some with lemon for a teammate. The food and drinks were great. I would suggest better signage overall for the hotel. We had that same momentary confusion about where the rooftop bar was.

Had a wonderful stay at this CANVAS location. Staff was nice and helpful. Our room was perfect! Great view, very clean, and cozy. They have a large parking lot for your car overnight and they provide 1 parking pass so your car wont get towed. We will definitely be staying here again! (gonna check out the pool next time)

Really modern, nice building/ room, kind staff, very conveniently located down the block from Gilley's. Perfect place to stay after a concert. There was an issue with the shower handle but once we notified the front desk, they had maintenance workers up there within 5 minutes.

Best time and the most amazing staff has been exceptional - will definitely come back! Gina the bartender upstairs was awesome and Courtney went absolutely above and beyond! Canvas truly felt like home for Christmas and these ladies were like family! We got our room upgraded to the new renovated rooms and it was beautiful!

I absolutely LOVED my time at the Canvas!!! I felt totally safe! The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. Except the valet’s they were the least helpful and quite rude honestly. I came to Dallas for continuing education for my job, a Cowboys game and to see if Dallas was the spot for me to relocate to. After chilling at the roof top bar and pool, I fell in love! I transferred to a hotel in Arlington for the Cowboys game, but only stayed 1 night there and came back to the Canvas because I absolutely LOVED it!!! I will stay there every time I go to Dallas!!! Thank you for making a girl feel welcomed and at home 💙
