What time is check in and check out?
Check-in is at 3 pm the first night of your stay, and check-out is at noon the day you depart. Unless you decide to stay here forever. In which case, we’ll work something out.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our standard cancellation policy for our flexible rate says you can cancel without a penalty at any time before 3 pm the day before your reservation begins. Once 3 pm hits, you’ll be charged for your first night.
Is parking available onsite?
Free self-parking is available Sunday – Thursday. On Friday - Sunday, valet parking is available for $36 a night, or $18 for restaurant/bar patrons. EV charging stations are available.
What are the pool hours?
Our heated Infinity pool is open from 9 am to 8 pm, daily.
Are you pet friendly?
Cats and dogs are welcome at CANVAS Hotel Dallas, two pets maximum and/or 60lbs – $100 per pet per stay. Additional cleaning charges will also apply in the event that your furry friend decides to paint his masterpiece on the hotel floor.
