I had the BEST experience this evening! Jordan was my server and he was the best server I’ve ever had. So kind, attentive, funny, just all around such a great person. He had amazing recommendations and descriptions of each dish! You can tell he takes his job seriously and works hard to make the guests have an amazing time and throughly enjoy their meal. 10/10 recommend Things I ate he recommended, duck and the bourbon cake!

Warm welcome from the moment we walked in, very attentive at the bar and after being seated. Menu was extensive and our waitress, Katherine, was above and beyond our expectations. She not only knew the menu, but made you feel at home, or family. Food was outstanding too! Highly recommend, and request Katherine as your server.

Delaney was an above average waitress!!! Very pleasant & suggested short ribs that you could cut with a fork & the Duck was amazing! 😋

Had such a great food and beverage experience. Our servers were great. Brandon took so much attention to my food allergies. The kitchen was extremely accommodating. Will come back!

Delaney and Brandon in the downstairs bar are the epitome of professionalism and friendliness. They are an absolute vibe, while being completely different vibes. You'll know when you them. I had such a good time talking with them while enjoying the vast selection of bourbon. Cannot recommend this place enough. We only got the smoked wings when it comes to food, but they were perfectly crispy and delicious. I could go on for hours about the experience, but 5/5 will have to do. Give it a Michelin star

Went to Gertie’s for dinner and drinks with my boyfriend last night and had the best time, thanks to the wonderful staff there! The drinks were fantastic and whiskey list is incredible. The catfish bites and duck breast were incredible. The risotto with pico de gallo wasn’t my favorite, just felt like the combination was a bit of a miss, but my boyfriend enjoyed it. What really made our experience was the two new bartenders, Brandon and Delaney. I used to go to Gertie’s often but hadn’t been there in a year and a half. Both of them were newer employees and it was clear they are growing their passion for whiskey and cocktails. They were so nice and easy to talk to, helped us customize some coffee cocktails, provided wonderful service even when they got busy, and they made us want to come back more often! Highly recommend sitting at the bar at Gertie’s next time you’re in the Gulch area.

Three of us went here for their Thanksgiving buffet. Service and accommodations were excellent the food was delicious. Very nice setting.

Incredibly tender, bursting with rich, complex flavor, it truly melted in your mouth. A spectacular dish! • Outstanding Service: A huge shout-out to our server, Delaney, who was absolutely amazing. She was knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely enthusiastic, making our dining experience truly special from start to finish. My date and I were there a few nights ago. The food was delicious and the service was amazing. A young lady, Delaney I believe, was her name. She was very friendly and attentive and had the cutest personality. We will definitely come back!

Gertie’s has become one of our favorite stops downtown for a great cocktail and good vibes. We had Brandon this evening and had another great night at Gertie’s.

Elijah and Delaney as bartenders were so perfect with deciding what to have for our cocktails! I am so difficult because I don’t absolutely love liquor and then so is my boyfriend because he loves everything about every note of whiskey hahahahaha. They answered every question perfectly and made us feel so welcome!

I had such a great experience at 404 Kitchen! The ambience was really nice — relaxed but upscale. Our server, Yanni, was super friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. We were brought champagne to start, and the appetizers came out hot and fresh. The 404 margarita was amazing too. Everything came out on time, and the service was excellent from start to finish. I’ll definitely be back!

We made an 8 reservation, we arrived 5 minutes early and were seated right away. Serena greeted us promptly with water and offered us a chance to review the cocktail menu. We ordered cocktails and the pork belly to start. We told Serena we were there for fried chicken and she said it’s amazing but have you tired the 72 hour dry aged tritips? We thought about and gave it a chance. They were fantastic! The twice baked potatoes with blue cheese were the perfect side. Serena was attentive but not obtrusive, she made helpful suggestions and never forgot about us! Amazing service and great food!
