Newport’s wellness HOTSPOT ✨ What a beautiful sanctuary to sweat, move, recharge, & connect. Between the class offerings, sauna, cold plunge, red light therapy, Wellnest is a one stop shop! But what makes this place extra special is the emphasis on community and genuine connection, the entire space is truly such a vibeeee. Big shoutout to Instructor Kelly- her energy is impeccable ✨ and to the owner Noah, who is so genuine, radiant, & lovely. 🤍 You can truly feel the intention behind this space. So grateful I found this gem in Newport and absolutely looking forward to frequenting, unwinding, and soaking up all the wellness magic.

I am so happy that I have discovered this wonderful place today! Not only was I able to take a class this morning but I was able to spend the day there using my new membership that I purchased. I love the braintap, sauna and cold plunge. This Friday I will be going back for another class and using the salt room and compressions. I am thankful that this place opened in this location since it makes it easy to park and get to class on time.

Absolutely obsessed with this place. Bought a package today and ended up going twice. I felt SO amazing i literally came back for a second time later in the afternoon. This beautiful place has everything that you could possibly need for overall health and wellness!! Can’t wait to make it part of my routine!

Drove into Newport Beach after being in the truck for almost 7 hours. Found this Gem, and the woman behind the counter Noah was a delight, warm, calm, and bubbly at the same time. She asked what I wanted and I told her something iced, but surprise me, and boy she did! Hands down the BEST coffee drink I've ever had. Coconut with just a hint of sweetness, and cinnamon. If youre ever in the area check this place out!

I happened to find this place before a flight after riding the PCH on my motorcycle and I’m so glad I did. Perfect way to end the trip. Kyle and Noah are warm, inviting and have built a great space. I did the sauna, cold lounge and salt room. Super clean and therapeutic.

My boyfriend and I decided to try this place and we absolutely loved it! Such a gorgeous space and the perfect wellness spot to reset and relax at! They also had Pilates/yoga classes available which we tried and after we were finished, we got to relax in the sauna/cold plunge/ & salt room. We spent like four hours here and didn’t want to leave because it was such a relaxing time! Will be coming back soon!

The most GORGEOUS new wellness community space in Newport Beach! So excited for this one - they have a huge sauna, cold plunges, red light therapy bed, mediation and movement classes, compression therapy, and pretty much every wellness modality/therapy you’d ever want to experience all in one place. Felt so relaxed after my experience here at Wellnest and cannot wait to return.

I had the pleasure of visiting this new wellness sanctuary for the first time this week, and it was such a grounding experience. The guided meditation in the heated infrared sauna was incredibly calming exactly what my nervous system needed. I’m already looking forward to coming back to try a heated Pilates class and then slow down afterward with a matcha in hand. Such a beautiful space to reset, recharge, and reconnect.

Class was amazing but I was pleasantly surprised that there are showers and a coffee shop/coworking space (matcha was so yum!) so I ended up staying for several hours! Immaculate vibes 10/10

So beautiful and serenity inside of this facility! I also love that they have different coffee shops every month to try out new businesses in our area. The space was clean. The staff was helpful and nice and I felt so amazing. Leaving my day here.!

Had an incredible experience. I absolutely love the vibes the aesthetic, most importantly the amenities were incredible. My most favorite was the PEMF which was the electoral magnetic fields magnet in my neck area, where I had the most pain I left feeling relieved I can’t wait to go back and try more sessions and all the other amenities. Everything was clean too!

Visited Wellnest for the first time and I’ll definitely be coming back! They have so many amazing amenities from saunas, red light therapy and even a Himalayan salt room. It’s the perfect place to recharge and reset! Loved it would highly recommend.✨

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Wellnest OC! I came in for a wellness day and tried the infrared sauna, red light therapy, and a hot yoga class—and honestly, it was the perfect reset. The facility is extremely clean, modern, and peaceful, which is exactly what I was looking for. The sauna was wonderfully relaxing, and the red light therapy felt rejuvenating. To top it off, the hot yoga class was intense but so rewarding. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, making sure I felt comfortable from start to finish. WellNest is a jewel. It's a lovely space without being pretentious and the offerings are right in line with what I feel are sorely needed these days. Cold plunge, massage, yoga, breathwork, nutritional counseling, and more, AND a little cafe type space where you can get a little snack or some tea, etc. Noah, the proprietor, is a welcoming sort in whom I immediately saw the soul of this place.

Wellnest is amazing, from the decor to the modalities and services they offer. As a concierge physical therapy clinic, we’re blessed to have them as neighbors where our clients can go and get some extra recovery in. This is one of the premier wellness centers in Newport Beach. Their infrared sauna, cold plunge, and salt rooms along with yoga, nutrition and massage are so useful to our clients. Did we mention they also have a coffee bar with great drinks? Check them out!

The welcome was incredibly friendly, and you can tell this is much more than simply a place offering wellness services—it feels like a true community built around helping people connect, restore, and grow. I was especially impressed by the variety of experiences they’ve brought together under one roof: sauna, cold plunge, red light, salt room, PEMF, BrainTap, compression, classes, sound baths, and other special wellness events. I love businesses that look at wellness from multiple angles rather than offering just one service. As someone who has spent many years in the wellness and spa industry, I always notice the little details—the atmosphere, hospitality, intention behind the concept, and how a place makes you feel. Wellnest clearly has a beautiful vision behind it. A wonderful addition to the Newport Beach wellness community. We really enjoyed discovering this place and meeting the people behind it. Becca is absolutely amazing!!!! She is so bubbly and encouraging as you’re fighting for your life in the heated classes. She even did the whole class with us!! Everyone at Wellnest is sooooo kind and welcoming and I had an amazing experience.

I had such a lovely experience at this wellness center. The facility is cute, relaxing, and perfect for a self-care day. Noah was incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about all of the services offered. I did the Recovery + Salt day pass, and had one of their handcrafted wellness drinks (offered at their café), which was the perfect finishing touch. I will definitely be back to try more of their services!

I’ve been to two events with my mom and grandma so far and we’ve LOVED them. We’ve done sound meditation, a cold plunge, and pilates by the beach. Their events are super well organized and include drinks (matcha, coffee, botanicals etc.) and some include food as well like pastries. It’s also a wonderful way to network and meet people that enjoy new experiences and working out, and in general, wellness ha. Everyone’s super friendly!! Definitely recommend.

I loved celebrating my 25th birthday with Wellnest! Kelly was our instructor and she made everyone feel welcome, plus her energy was fire! I would highly recommend booking a private class for your bday.

I hosted my birthday at Wellnest and it was everything I hoped for and more! The facility was stunning and they had everything we needed, from towels, bathrobes, slippers, hot tea and showers. I also loved the N/A Rose option. All my guests left feeling refreshed and connected. Highly recommend. Plus they have so many add-on options.
