What you'll do:

Get ready for the ultimate feel-good group hang! Pile into our infrared sauna (it fits up to 10 comfortably, so the whole crew can sweat it out together), then take turns — or go head-to-head — in our cold plunge for a little friendly challenge. Who can stay in the longest? Then gather everyone into our glowing Himalayan salt room at the same time to breathe, relax, and soak it all in. It’s hot, cold, and calm — a playful, restorative journey you move through together at your own pace.

Why we love it for your party:

• This is the group celebration that leaves everyone actually feeling amazing. It’s perfect for a bachelorette, a birthday, a girls’ day, or any excuse to get your people together and treat yourselves. You’ll laugh through the cold plunge, glow after the sauna, and melt into total relaxation in the salt room — all while making memories (and seriously good photos). Come celebrate, bond, and walk out refreshed, recharged, and glowing from the inside out.
