Just like in the pics and videos the house is beautiful! Location is great. Easy short walk to restaurants and mini markets. We felt safe too.

Perfect location. Close to everything and parking was good. We loved our stay. The beds were very comfortable and the duvet covers and lines were nice. It was great that plenty of towels were provided. The host was very attentive even for a holiday. Would definitely stay here again in this lovely, cute cottage.

The house was great, but instructions to get to the house were a little vague. Otherwise a great locations with cute shops and restaurants nearby.

This was a fantastic place to stay for our group of couples. Central location, many bedrooms/baths. The house was immaculate! Haley was so quick to respond to every question we had. Having never been to Charleston, she has recommendations for us for dinners, tours, etc. Haley was an excellent host! We will most certainly be back!

We had an absolutely incredible stay here. We were a group of 14 friends visiting for a wedding in Charleston. This house is massive, really clean, well decorated, and quiet. The host was extremely responsive and helpful as we had to book last minute since another Airbnb host had canceled on us a couple of weeks before our trip. I am so grateful for The Inns for saving our vacation and making us feel really well cared for. Throughout the weekend everyone in our party kept remarking at how wonderful the Airbnb was. We totally lucked out. THANK YOU!

There are six of us…long-time friends scattered around the country. We get together every couple of years and chose Charleston and specifically The Inns because we all wanted our own bedrooms and bathrooms. Of all the amenities, we all agreed that the beds were exceptional! The best! The place was immaculate and very well-appointed. We chose our rooms based on the pictures and had fun claiming them when we got there! We enjoyed the common areas on both the first and second floors…had our coffee and breakfast downstairs and our afternoon cocktails upstairs. The property management staff was very responsive and when we let them know we couldn’t figure out how to operate the TVs, they sent a crew over to make sure they were working and gave us all tutorials. They didn’t even point out that we could have read the TV instructions that were printed and hanging on the wall, which we didn’t notice until check out. ;) We had a wonderful 3 days in Charleston and at this lovely home.

We had a very pleasant stay here for a retreat. The place is huge, clean, and nicely appointed. It was fairly loud the nights we were there since we were close to the hospital - sounded like we heard sirens and helicopters quite often at night, but you could only really hear from the bedroom near the front door - not the other rooms, so maybe put your lightest sleeper here. We would definitely stay again.

This house was beautiful and perfect for our trip to Charleston! Fit our large group comfortably, with plenty of bathrooms and space for everyone. Also a great location - we were able to walk most everywhere we went. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay!

Thanks so much for a great home base for my bachelorette weekend! The beds were comfortable, there was space for all of the girls, and we loved all the cute decor and furniture in the space. We also appreciated the prompt communication and activity recommendations :) One note for other groups planning - there is no full size fridge in this home, but there is a mini fridge and at least two wine fridges for drinks. This was not an issue for us but wanted to include this information just in case you are ordering groceries to the house/so you know for spacing issues. Thanks again for a great stay!

This was the perfect place for my group of 13 girls for my bachelorette party in Charleston! So spacious and gorgeous. The place was walkable to downtown and on a really great and safe street. The host was also so sweet and brought us cupcakes! Wish we could’ve stayed longer :)

We came to Charleston on a siblings trip with 19 of us in our party. This place was perfect for us, with 10-bedrooms and bathrooms. Our favorite part was how close it was to King St and all the action in Downtown Charleston. This stay is within walking distance of so many great restaurants and sites. Highly recommended for any large group or family.

Very nice place- exactly like the photos. The host was very responsive to all our questions and needs. Very spacious house which was great for a large group. Only downside was that it's right next to the highway but they provided white noise machines in each room.

Breakfast at The Daily, dinner at The Ordinary, day trip to Folly, and a low key night at the house. Michael's home was clean, spacious and perfect for what our group needed

Perfect place for a girls getaway trip! Plenty of space to all hang together while also having comfortable bedrooms and ample bathrooms for getting ready. Weltons bake shop was a hidden gem and recovery room was a fun dive bar

Great location for a big group to stay. Clean and well kept. It is close to down town and has access to the highway to get anywhere in greater Charleston you may need to go.

We had a great stay, the house was clean and conveniently located near north King St. The management company was easy to work with, communicated well and answered our questions quickly and thoughtfully. Would recommend for others looking for Charleston lodging.

This place was just what I was looking for. It was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring or sleeping in if you're slightly hungover : ) The location couldn’t have been better, with so many great spots to eat and shop nearby. Check-in was super easy, and the host was friendly and quick to respond to any questions I had. Honestly, I didn’t spend much time indoors because there’s so much to do in the area, but when I was there, it felt like home. Definitely recommend staying here if you’re in town!

This location is top notch! Perfect for a large group stay. It’s a short walk to all the bars/restaurants on King Street. The Airbnb itself was cozy and had everything we needed. Also, hosts are very helpful and responsive to any questions you may have. 10/10 would recommend this location

We absolutely loved our stay at Boho Rosa House! We were a group of women in our 30s in Charleston for a bachelorette. The house was the perfect size for our group and in a great location - we walked pretty much everywhere. The hosts were super responsive and accommodating. The only tiny issue we had is that we weren’t told that the backyard was under construction. We had been looking forward to the outdoor space and couldn’t utilize it. It would have been nice to have a heads up about that - but otherwise it was a perfect stay!

Everything about our stay was top tier! The property is well maintained, spacious and clean. My team and I spent 5 days there for our annual planning retreat we were able to work in a relaxing environment that allowed us to focus in a non conference setting. We will definitely return!

We had a fantastic stay at Boho Rosa. It was the perfect size for our two families to spend some time together indoors for Thanksgiving, and the perfect location for getting out and enjoying downtown Charleston. The bedroom configuration worked well for adults and "kids", and the living space was ideal for us all to hang out. The host was very helpful full the throughout the entire process and stay and always responded quickly to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Our extended family of 8, 22 to 96 years, had a wonderful time visiting Charleston. The house was exactly as advertised. Can’t wait to return!
