Jordan’s place was absolutely stunning! Jordan made sure to check in and confirm the place was perfect. If we needed anything he was right on it ! The views are priceless. We are already looking to come back next year with our in-laws! We even saw a bear a time or two!

Gatlinburg Splash was very clean and had great design throughout! It gave me ideas to use back home for sure. The kitchen was nice and had everything I needed. Jordan was attentive and helped quickly with questions I had. We were pretty surprised how quickly we could get to downtown Gatlinburg. This property exceeded all my expectations! We will be back!

Jordan was super helpful with accommodations and was happy to answer any questions we had. We really enjoyed the view and absolutely loved the movie theater!!

Jodan's cabin was immaculate, exactly as described, with stunning views of the mountain landscape. It had an indoor pool, hot tub, and the decks were perfect for enjoying meals while soaking in the majestic landscape. The kitchen was incredibly well-stocked, perfect for preparing everything from crepes, to sautéing veggies that pair with the charcoal-grilled salmon. The rooms were well appointed, with wireless phone and apple-watch chargers on every nightstand. We did have a momma bear and her three cubs pay us a visit by strolling in front of the cabin, and sighted them on 3 separate days, so make sure to take the appropriate precautions. Overall we were thrilled with the cabin and would absolutely stay again and recommend it for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with friends/family.
