This place was perfect! The theme of the place was amazing. The kids loved the “Star” room. Joanna was very accommodating.

Loved how close we were to the green belt and it was a quiet neighborhood. If you enjoy wine it extremely close to many tasting rooms. A huge PLUS!! Everything was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped.

Exactly as pictured! Very cute place, very quiet. Small but super functional. The beds were comfy and we appreciated the extra touches like coffee/sugar/creamer, q tips, and what not.

It is a lovely townhouse! Three block walk to the Greenbelt & wonderful common space w/ hot tub. JoAnna is a fantastic host! She was quickly responsive, kind and helpful. Thank you for proving us with such a wonderful stay!

Hosting is clearly a passion for the host. her Communications were Beyond reproach and the condo has been designed to be the perfect Airbnb. from the well stocked kitchen, to the games in the drawer, they seem to have thought of everything one might need. the condo itself is modern and luxurious and is only enhanced by the lovely outdoor space that adjoins the fire pit and hot tub. we will definitely repeat with this host and this condo.

This spot is the perfect place for a relaxing girl's weekend. Close to many great restaurants, the Green Belt (great for walking!), dog friendly and with a hot tub right outside. The kitchen was more than I expected with lots of appliances and a large fridge to store anything you might need. JoAnna was wonderful and communicative, and the check-out instructions were simple. 10/10 recommend this being your next stay in Garden City!

If you're looking for a small space for 1-4 people, this place is great. For an older person, there were no stairs - great selling point for me. Centrally located and easy drive to either downtown Boise or Meridian or you can stay in Garden City. It was quiet, clean, and the host was VERY responsive.

We had a great stay in the condo, it had just what we needed. We loved how conveniently located it was. We didn’t get to use the hot tub, but the common area was lovely. We’d definitely return!

Joanna’s place was exceptional. It had everything you would need and then some. Beautiful inside and out. I was impressed by how quiet it was for the location. We loved sitting outside in the evening. Very nice place and very comfortable. Thank you Joanna for thinking of everything. It made our stay that much better :)

Outstanding stay in a well appointed, tastefully decorated two bedroom unit in a 4plex. Quite area and perfect fit for our family while traveling for thanksgiving. We had some plans change and a kid who got sick on the day of checkout and the host was very accommodating with a minor fee to extend until 5pm as a late checkout. Would recommend to anyone visiting the Boise area! This was the lowest priced non shared dwelling in the area for our dates and was far nicer than many that cost more.

We had a very nice stay, as soon as walked through the doors it felt like home. They made it easy to check in and out. We also, enjoyed our evening walks around the neighborhood to the river and back. I would definitely recommend or rent from them again.

Place was as described and very clean! Everyone had their own space and we were within a short driving distance for everything we wanted to do. Cinder is the winery closest to the property and they have music on Friday afternoons, it was great! Ac worked fantastic since it was blazing hot! We loved it!

JoAnna came in clutch after my original Airbnb got cancelled last minute. This house is beautifully decorated with all the right touches to make your stay comfortable. The jacuzzi and fire pit area with the patio lights was so relaxing. She was quick to respond and even hunted down an item left behind for me. Would definitely recommend.

The wedding weekend we will never forget! We loved our stay here. How amazing to be able to have 15 of our closest friends stay in one place with an amazing hot tub area. Each unit was so clean and well decorated. Not to mention, it was stocked with all the things we needed for the weekend! I can’t say enough good things about this beautiful Garden City getaway!!! Perfect place to stay for our crew doing a show at Expo Idaho. Everyone had their own little house and it’s sooo close to the venue. Would absolutely stay there again.

We came in town with family for a wedding and this was the perfect place to host all of us. We all had our own spaces yet could all still fit in one or on one of the patios to get together or have dinner. The area seemed to be sort of ‘up and coming’ but we never felt unsafe! The kitchens were well stocked and each unit had a lot of towels and overall it was very clean.

It's hard to know where to start. Our stay was absolutely amazing. First the communication and responsiveness of JoAnna was above and beyond any of my expectations. The property was clean, quiet, and the extras, like the BBQ on the patios, and the hot tub made for such a peaceful experience. We had a large group, and utilized all 10 bedrooms. It was so nice to not only let each family unit have their own private space, but the community space made it feel like one. Wish I could give extra stars!

This was the second time we stayed. Amazing property and Amazing hosts. We will be back for a third visit for sure! Can't say enough about how great this place is!
