I am so happy with the experience. I had at prime IV today!!! Not only did I get the champion. IV bag, but I also was able to meet the owner Dana and the whole entire staff was really welcoming and I had a fantastic time. They guided me through everything, because I'm very averse to needles, and it was no problem at all! Love it there!!

I highly recommend Dana and her team at Prime IV! They are professional, knowledgeable, and very affordable for the level and quality of service you receive. They offer a variety of packages to keep your body hydrated, nourished, and functioning at its best. Best I've felt in a long time! I've been a long time migraine sufferer and Prime IV has been the only place I've found that really understood what I was going through and gave me what I needed. The massage chairs and friendly nurses top it off! Worth a visit and worth every penny.

Customer service is excellent! Knowledge on all health related subjects is on point by the amazing Janelle!! Not to mention the painless IV that so many others do not or cannot get right! Brought me back to life after an awful dehydration incident.

Prime IV on High Street is an amazing group of super friendly and Caring women. I have tried other mobile IV places and even in-house IV places and none of them compare to this one. The nursing staff is so knowledgeable about all their products and how they affect you. The owner is very friendly and caring. Their facility has these amazing massage chair pods that you can experience while getting your IV. It’s easy to get an appointment. Also, I had some issues with the peptide shots, and the nurse Brittany went above and beyond to solve the issue for me. In this day and age, the outstanding, caring treatment they have consistently shown me is very rare! Highly recommend.

Upon entering the facility you see and feel the spa atmosphere from the calming colors to the live moss wall all while you sip the infused water. The medical staff are all very personable. I didn't even feel the stick when the RN inserted the catheter in my arm, which was a big win for me since most people have difficulty getting a good vein on me. There are many options to choose from the type of IV you want to the type of infusion room you choose. Go for the 1st Class Cabin experience with the relaxing massage chair pods because they are worth every penny! The massage chair surprisingly rivaled a masseuse! The massage was so relaxing that I fell asleep while I received my infusion. I opted to have oxygen which helped me to relax even more and a was nice compliment to my experience. I walked out not only relaxed but hydrated as well. I will definitely be back in the future!
