Cancellation & No-Show Policy A non-refundable $250 deposit is required to reserve a full group buyout. Your deposit is applied toward your total on the day of your appointment. Cancellations made 48 or more hours in advance will receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment and no-shows will forfeit the deposit, and 25% of the remaining balance will be charged. We appreciate your understanding — this allows us to dedicate our full space and staff exclusively to your group.

How long does a session take?
Plan for 90 to 120 minutes from start to finish. That includes your one-on-one consultation with a medical professional, custom bag preparation, and your full drip. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the ride.
Do you accept insurance?
We don't accept traditional insurance, but we do accept HSA and FSA cards. CareCredit is also welcome for drips of $200 or more — because investing in your health should always be accessible.
I already take vitamins — do I really need an IV?
Yes! When you take supplements orally, your body only absorbs about 20% of what's in them — and over time, they can actually irritate your gut lining. IV therapy delivers nutrients directly into your bloodstream at 100% absorption, so your body gets everything it needs without the waste.
Can I add on NAD+ or Niagen?
Absolutely — and we highly recommend it! NAD+ and Niagen can be added to any drip as long as you have no personal history of cancer. Ask your medical professional during your consultation and they'll guide you.
Can I get more than one liter of hydration?
Yes! Our protocol allows up to 2 liters per session. We offer 250ml, 500ml, and 1,000ml bags so your drip can be sized exactly to what your body needs.

Absolutely. Every session at Prime IV is overseen by a licensed medical professional. Your custom bag is prepared and administered by trained staff who monitor you throughout your entire drip. Your safety is always our top priority.

Can I get an IV if I'm pregnant or have a medical condition?
We require all guests to complete a health intake form before their session. Our Medical Director will review your history and advise accordingly. Certain conditions or medications may affect what ingredients are safe for your drip
