We had a family trip and the location was ideal. Just a short ride to downtown or airport. The place had a great layout with space for family to congregate and chat. The host was very responsive.

We had a great stay! Very clean, well stocked, comfy beds, beautiful bathrooms. The rooftop was a plus! He was responsive to a maintenance issue and had it fixed same day. I would stay again.

This Airbnb was perfect for me and my four kids. It was a lot of room for them to do their own thing and plus I love the garage that I could put my car into in my own space downstairs the kitchen and the living room combo was amazing and open he had everything in the kitchen that you need. The only thing you need is to bring your groceries. Well thought of and I love the rooftop. we actually watched the movie up there. It was perfect. I will be written from him again close to everything right off the interstate and the levels was amazing. Thank you so much.

Great place to stay with family or friends close to downtown. Lots of room in the place Justin was fast to respond with any question and check in was fast and easy would recommend 10/10.

Loved our stay on Elliott Ave while visiting Nashville. Not far from Broadway, perfect for a nice, quiet area to stay from the hustle & bustle of music row. Would def stay again. Very nice area with grocery stores, coffee shops & restaurants nearby. Thanks Justin!

We enjoyed Justin's place. The house was clean and decorated nicely. We only ran into one issue. The air didn't work upstairs on the first night. Justin responded promptly to my messages and sent help to have the air fixed the next day. There was a television in each bedroom. There was so much space to spread out and enjoy time with family. My Hyundai Santa Fe and a Nissan Rogue was able to fit in the garage with no problem. There are 2 parts to upstairs, with one on each side of the house. All of the bathrooms were designed beautifully and made us feel right at home. If we are in Nashville again, we will be back. Thanks Justin!

Booked Tori’s place a couple weeks before our trip because our first place canceled on us and it ended up being the biggest blessing! Neighborhood was nice and well kept and we always felt safe. There are coffee shops and grocery stores within walking distance and a short Uber ride to broadway. The house was clean and well kept. The house was perfect for our group of 13 women. The beds were comfortable and all amenities were as described. The host was very communicative and checked in multiple times throughout our stay. I definitely recommend booking this house! We look forward to coming back!

This house is absolutely beautiful . Tori’s communication was excellent throughout . Slight issue with cleaning but Tori resolved this very quickly . Most of the house was spotless was just one bedroom that may have been missed .

Great house. Great host. Had an a/c issue and Jeff was very responsive and had a hvac tech the issue fixed quickly.

My friends and I visited Nashville for a volleyball tournament which unfortunately was cancelled but the Airbnb was great to hang out in and was nice and close to broadway. The host was very responsive and was flexible with our check in time and was very helpful when our group size increased in letting us rent another unit! We were hesitant with the triple bunks on not having enough space but overall the unit space was great!

Easy entry very comfortable would stay again. We needed to aides as we were there for work. Perfect!

A few buddies and I stayed here for a bachelor party weekend. The loft was fantastic. Spotless, plenty of room, and even better, a new speakeasy was in the basement level that helped kickoff the weekend once we all arrived. Justin was super quick to respond to any question, and he provided more than enough details about what to do and where to go in Nashville. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat should I come back to Nashville. Thanks for helping make a weekend of fun-filled memories.

Great location, clean, and safe. We didn’t get to use the majority of the facilities, but they all looked great. Justin was very communicative and I would recommend this location.

We had a blast celebrating a 50th. Slightly smaller than anticipated, but well equipped with warm and responsive communication. Nashville we adore you.

Great location. Really close to broadway! There was a Starbucks that we walked to most mornings. Justin responded pretty quickly when I had questions. Definitely would recommend staying here!

This was such a cute spot to stay in Nashville! Short drive to broadway, and easily accessible to restaurants and activities. We loved how private the air b&b felt, especially after spending lots of time on the busy streets of broadway! The speakeasy located in the basement of the 1865 was BEAUTIFUL! What a cool, unique experience to our Nashville vacation. Justin & co host were incredibly kind and responsive. Definitely felt like we were communicating with old friends. Thank you so much! We will absolutely be back.

This was a really cool & quirky place to stay. The apartment was amazing & Justin was a great host. Slightly disappointed with outside space - there was little outdoor seating & not somewhere you would want to chill for long. Loved the SpeakEasy & fabulous host lady.

The place was a short Uber ride away from Broadway & short drive from 12 south! Very convenient location.

This place is exactly as pictured! It has a great little kitchen and comfy couches to sit on in the living room. The beds are very comfortable and nice linens. We enjoyed this lovely building and everyone visiting needs to visit the Speakeasy in the basement. So fun! We never used the splash pool but it is a nice setup. We loved that this Airbnb is at the edge of midtown. We will definitely return to the place when we come back to Nashville. Thank you!

This was our first time renting an airb&b and it was well beyond our expectations. We felt the price was reasonable considering we had 6 people, there was plenty of room, towel, dishes etc..... our only issue was the day light peeping in 😁 but I would definitely recommend this place to my friend's & family.

Would definitely stay here again. Very respectful, fast response time, beautiful home. Host very flexible and accommodating. Had a great weekend.
