Did not really know what to expect going in, but I had a great time. Everything felt well thought out and easy to enjoy. Brittany’s class was no joke and I felt it the next day, in a good way. Also picked up some new mocktail ideas I will actually use.
Artemis has been such a refreshing space for both well-being and genuine connection. As someone who loves yoga and the outdoors, I really appreciate how their offerings support mindful movement while bringing people together in a meaningful way. The team is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and thoughtful when it comes to meeting individual needs. I’ve truly enjoyed getting to know both the staff and others in the community—it’s a welcoming environment that makes it easy to feel right at home.
I did not expect to enjoy this as much as I did. Running around playing capture the flag again was honestly a blast. This was such a fun and different kind of event. Meredith organized everything really well and made it easy to just jump in and enjoy. Brittany created such a welcoming environment and made the yoga feel approachable but still like a solid workout. I also loved the mocktail session and learned a lot about ingredients I already had at home.
This was just a good time all around. No pressure, no weird vibes, just a fun group and a well organized event. Meredith clearly knows how to bring people together. It felt really refreshing to do something playful like this as an adult.
This was the perfect mix of relaxing and energizing. Meredith did an amazing job pulling everything together and making it feel elevated but comfortable. Brittany made the class accessible for everyone, which I appreciated, but it still felt like a great workout. I left feeling refreshed and will definitely go again.

The women that run Artemis Rising have such an inviting and uplifting energy. Being able to work on myself with their guidance has been life-altering and I truly believe I wouldn't be where I am today without Brittany's mentorship. Her loving presence and encouragement makes taking risks and leaping into the hard things tolerable and I've come out the other side of each obstacle better thanks to her input. I recommend them fully to anyone actively seeking growth in themselves.

Brittany creates a fun and welcoming environment to learn how to create functional mocktails! Each of the mocktails that we created were not only delicious, but each recipe intentionally crafted with functional benefits. She's so knowledgeable about each of the ingredients, their properties, and how they work together. She carefully sources all of her ingredients with attention to quality. I particularly loved her "The Charlotte" mocktail. Would highly recommend her for a party, event or retreat experience! Britt is a loving and down to earth yoga teacher! She creates an energy of acceptance while also encouraging you to challenge yourself. She has thoughtfully created each of the yoga sequences and puts her heart into all of her teachings!

I had the pleasure of attending a mini women's retreat with Brittany back in November. We were nestled about 45 minutes outside of Asheville int eh Appalachian mountains in complete seclusion. Our home for the night was quite unique as we resided in a dome tent filled with windows to take in the beautiful scenery. Below the tent was a beautiful fire pit where we gathered as Brittany took us through meditation and breathing techniques. I tend to be a Type A personality, making it hard to shut off my brain. However, Brittany's guidance truly transcended me inward focusing on self. This is not an easy task for me to feel safe, warm, guided, and connected - I applaud her practice. To add to the experience of pure relaxation, I was met with a variety of mocktails to try. Talk about waking up the pallet! I tried an earl grey mocktini - mixed of course with earl grey tea and butterfly pea flower. It was scrumptious! Beautifully made with fresh organic ingredients that created this natural lavender hue. I could tell she put intention into every drink. Another concoction I tried was called "The Charlotte." Her take on a cosmo. Filled with fresh oranges, limes, cranberries, agave and turmeric. I could feel my body come to life knowing all these ingredients were tailored to benefit me in some way. Brittany truly takes pride in her craft and it's evident in her mocktails.
