We hired Evan and GCC for a private boil near the French Quarter -- we could not have asked for better service, food, and communication!! You book with Evan and you know you're in for a good time. Booking Evan was a great experience for our group of 25. Not only did he boil up some great food including oysters, crayfish, snow crab, shrimp, and all the fixings, but he made it easy and painless to accommodate everyone. He helped clean up, brought plasticware, set up the table, and overall was just a fun guy to talk to. Highly recommend anyone looking for a seafood boil in the Nola area

Absolutely amazing experience start to finish—Evan is incredibly knowledgeable and the whole process is sort of like a crawfish boil class. Best crawfish I’ve ever had by a mile, more than enough food for everyone and Evan even insisted on buying the groom a cocktail at a local bar. Great guy, great service, great crawfish!!

Set up a crawfish boil for my brother’s bachelor party. Evan came by and was extremely friendly and a joy to have do this for us. The food was incredible and it was a great experience from the planning process to the feast itself. Evan and Gulf Coast Crawfish were awesome! Evan dropped off a huge box of crawfish, shrimp, crab legs, corn and potatoes at our air BNB for my bachelorette weekend and he was even kind enough to pour the boil out on the picnic table for us and show those of us who haven't had crawfish how to eat them -- he even stayed and took some group photos for us. It was the PERFECT start to our girls weekend and plenty for 12 girls! HIGHLY recommend

What an amazing experience with Gulf Coast Crawfish Co! Evan was so professional, quick to respond, and made sure we had delicious food for our party of 9. Evan was nice enough to help us set up and even do a tutorial on how to eat the crawfish/peel the shells. We did the hot boil delivery and had SO MUCH DELICIOUS FOOD. We had leftovers for a couple days. Everyone raved about the flavor and excellent service. The pricing was reasonable given the high quality food we got. Will definitely use gulf coast in the future, I recommend you do the same!

Let me tell you something…Gulf coast crawfish really exceeded my expectations and I mean above and beyond! Evan was extremely responsive in meeting the needs of my sisters bachelorette party. We got a seafood boil with crab legs crawfish shrimp sausage potatoes corn and did raw and chargrilled oyster add on. Evan did a drop off service and the oysters were SHUCKED and the boil was STEAMING on arrival! He even offered to set it up on the Table for us. I would absolutely book again. It came with a side of Jambalaya that was delicious! He absolutely gave us a bang for our buck! Thank you again Evan!

We had Gulf Coast Crawfish come to the house we rented for 17 guys at a bachelor party weekend in March 2024. They were great - super responsive and walked us through what the process would look like. They were well recommended (including by the owner of the home we rented). They did the boil onsite but on the street which was great for us as weekend renters. And most importantly the crawfish were delicious (as was the jambalaya, oysters and other various meats and veggies in the boil) and Evan and his colleague were a good hang. We would highly recommend them for future gatherings.

Stayed in NOLA for a bachelor party. On our last night we decided a crawfish boil. I got in touch with Evan around 11am that day and gave him our info.definitely last minute notice but he made it work! At 745pm he brought them right to the house and promised. Couldn’t speak more highly of our boil with Gulf Coast Crawfish. We had a huge group of 18 for a bachelor party and everyone left more than full. Evan came and set everything up and did the hard work for us, we just had to eat. Couldn’t recommend this more for a big group or small

We ordered the seafood boil for my sister’s bachelorette and we had the best experience! Evan was so sweet and carried everything in and helped us set up. The food was amazing and definitely gave us the NOLA feel and flavor! It was my favorite meal all weekend. We’ll be ordering again for our next event when we’re in town

Evan did an onsite boil for 25 in a big rental house near the quarter and was SUCH a pleasure to work with: prompt, responsive, flexible, and generous. And the food was superb as well - delicious and overflowing. Would 120% recommend and hope we get a chance to book him again someday

We have used Gulf Coast Crawfish Co. the past two years for my sororities yearly crawfish boil! Evan has always been awesome! Very professional and responds promptly to any questions! The crawfish is absolutely delicious and it’s always hot upon delivery! Would definitely recommend
