What you'll do:
Hot-boiled seafood delivered to your door step! No mess, no stress! Crawfish, shrimp, and crabs or a mix of each plus all the yummy boiled sides are an option. Great for graduation events, birthday parties, bachelor/ bachelorette parties and more! Freshly boiled seafood is delivered in leak proof seafood boxes hot-out-the-pot to your door step.
What’s included:
Freshly boiled premium Louisiana Crawfish + spicy corn, potatoes, sausage, garlic, mushrooms and onions flavored in the boil.
A tray of our Black Kettle Chicken + Sausage Jambalaya(GF)!
All necessary paper products included and a table cover!
We bring 4-5 lbs of seafood per guests + boiled sides!
Mix in some shrimp too! just let us know at the time of booking under “special requests”!

Founded by Evan Troxell in March 2016, Gulf Coast Crawfish Co. is a full service catering company specializing in feeding small and large groups and can custom build a menu to fit your party or event.
Boiled Crawfish, Boiled Shrimp, Raw Oyster Bar, Char-grilled Oysters, Gumbo, Jambalaya, Smoked and Grilled meats and just about any other type of Southern Food is no challenge for us and sure to please!
Hot-boiled Louisiana Crawfish are our specialty when in season (January to July) but we enjoy cooking (and eating!) all types of boiled seafood. We are licensed, insured and can cook 3000 lbs. of well seasoned crawfish per hour!
