Rooftop is amazing! Honestly we came here as a detour on our way to get food because I needed to use the washroom, and the vibes were SO GOOD we ended up staying for several drinks and food! The bartender (Albert) and the server were such a vibe and so fun… super helpful and just kept the party going. Had wonderful recommendations of what to order off the menu, there was a really good DJ and the space was sooooo gorgeous and chill. I’m an espresso martini girlie and very picky with my espresso martinis and this place did NOT disappoint. We sat at the bar at first but the server came over and encouraged us to check out the rest of the layout. Super private, comfy booths but the music was at a perfect volume you could dance if you wanted to, but also just have a convo. Would 100% come back.

Super great vibe and friendly staff that are there to help. Came in to use the bathroom and stayed for over an hour. We had the corn soup as and app then the rib eye taco. All very good

Incredible staff (Alfonzo MVP 🥳), amazing atmosphere, and delicious food and drinks!! Watched the sunset, and had two happy hour margaritas (2 for 1), and three different tacos. I highly recommend the Tuna and Pulled Rib ones!

Unforgettable Friday Night at Cotton Club Tulum We’re a 28-year-old couple visiting from California and this past Friday, December 13th, we had one of the best nights of our trip at Cotton Club Tulum. From the moment we arrived, the experience was flawless. The energy was high, the atmosphere was sexy and fun, and everything felt elevated. We enjoyed great drinks, smooth hookah, and delicious food throughout the night — everything was top quality. A huge shoutout to Rasheed, who hosted us and truly made the night special. He was an amazing host, took care of us incredibly well, and made sure we felt welcomed and comfortable the entire evening. That level of hospitality really makes a difference when you’re visiting from abroad. And the DJ was absolutely on point — the music was nonstop vibes from start to finish. The DJ had us vibing all night long, perfectly reading the crowd and keeping the energy flowing. If you’re in Tulum and looking for an upscale nightlife experience with great music, drinks, food, and genuine hospitality, Cotton Club Tulum on a Friday night is a must. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Mexico.

I went with the Tulum Dinner Club and was impressed overall! Beautiful setting, wonderful drinks and food (I had tacos and would definitely go back for them), and a DJ with vibey music - all about it!

This is the single greatest hotel in Tulum by far. I took my family here a couple weeks ago the service was more than any place that i have ever been , again far better then any place in Tulum or even in Mexico. The food was excellent great selections. drinks on time fast fast fast. Rooftop pool and bar come on man wait another total pool downstair to chill and swim. Excellence is here all around i could write a book on the greatness of this hotel just go there see for yourself JUST NOT WHEN I'AM HERE THANK YOU!!!

Chic, relaxed – with a lively rooftop vibe We loved our stay at this small, stylish hotel. Clean, airy rooms and a cozy courtyard with palm trees and a pool made for a peaceful daytime atmosphere. The architecture opens up three floors to the roof, which adds a light and open feel. Staff, especially Liz an Jesus,were super friendly and helpful. Do note: the rooftop bar plays loud music until 2 AM – great if you’re a night owl, but light sleepers might want to plan accordingly. Overall, a great stay for those who enjoy both chill days and vibrant nights!

The location is perfect — right in the heart of Tulum with easy walking access to great restaurants, shops, and local venues. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel welcome and went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable. His commitment to guests is truly impressive — he checked in regularly, offered helpful tips, and shared excellent recommendations for local restaurants that did not disappoint. Every spot he suggested was a hit with our family! The hotel itself was clean, cozy, and had a relaxed atmosphere that perfectly fit the Tulum vibe. Our room was comfortable, quiet, and just what we needed after days of exploring. We’d gladly stay here again and highly recommend Downtown Tulum Hotel to anyone visiting Tulum — especially families looking for convenience, comfort, and top-notch hospitality. I arrived by chance for a long stay. The reception staff is very warm and friendly, the hospitality and room service are exceptional, the location within the town of Tulum and the quality of the food make this hotel a great and top choice. My room is very spacious, elegant, and clean. It has two nice pools, elevator, and a very good atmosphere and drinks on the rooftop with a daily night party. Without a doubt, it's a top hotel in town for accommodation considering the price and hospitality. I hope to return with my parents in the future. Thank you to the staff so far.
