Nashville Horse and Goat Yoga

This was such a beautiful, personal experience and was a the PERFECT experience for my Bridal Party for our Bachelorette celebration! The goats were so cute and really did get involved with us in our Yoga The yoga instructor was so kind, personable and knowledgeable💕 We also booked the hat customization and they had so many options and gave you more than enough time Horses and property was beautiful as well The owners really felt like family, that is how personable but professional they are!

I booked this for a bridal party with ease! They were awesome to work with! We had an amazing experience with our instructor. We actually couldn’t make our original time and they were amazing to let us come the next day. Definitely recommend booking with them!

This place is amazing! The instructor was the best and we had the BEST time! Highly recommend this place.

Such a beautiful studio and all the staff is amazing!!!

Such a fun experience!!! Very cleanly and the yoga instructor was phenomenal. The goats were so cute!

I’m glad I did this! I have to say that if I didn’t live an hour away I’d be a regular for sure! The instructor was knowledgeable about what we were doing, the history of each pose, and their benefits to the body. The goats were something to say the least. They were apprehensive at the beginning, but opened up midway through and were an absolute delight to have around while we exercised. I definitely recommend!!!

Fantastic and fun experience! If you love yoga or goats or both, you will love this!! Highly recommend!

Stephen & Phoenix were so welcoming for our group of 10! We had the best time and the goats made our yoga experience all the better. Definitely recommend for a fun indoor activity in Nashville.

Amazing experience!

I had the best time! Everyone was so sweet and the atmosphere was so relaxing!

Such a beautiful place and good staff!

My sorority had a sisterhood event there today! We did yoga, spent time with horses, decorated hats, and made charm bracelets! It’s a beautiful property not too far from Nashville! The drive was easy, and beautiful this time of year. Thank you for hosting an amazing event for us, we definitely will be returning in the future!
