This was one of the cleanest airbnb's I have ever been to. I enjoyed our trip. Your house made it so much better with a large family.

I can’t say enough good things about CousinsBNB, the management team, and the homeowner who lives just behind the property. Their hospitality was exceptional from start to finish. My group of 10 originally booked a different Airbnb, but when we arrived, it was nothing like what had been advertised. We suddenly found ourselves needing a place to stay, and at nearly 10:00 p.m., CousinsBNB stepped in and accommodated our entire group on very short notice. We were incredibly grateful. The home itself exceeded our expectations. It was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had plenty of space for everyone in our group to spread out comfortably. Every room was clean, inviting, and exactly what we needed after a stressful evening. If you’re looking for a place to stay just north of Nashville, I highly recommend this property. Between the outstanding hospitality, beautiful accommodations, and seamless experience, this will absolutely be my first choice the next time I visit the Nashville area.

We used the property for a family reunion over a long weekend. There were 3 generations of us with 1, 3 year old. We used the game room, the back porch (peaceful view), played games in the main room and cooked in the kitchen and grilled outside. The downstairs “Master” has an impressive bath and shower! Host was accommodating on a couple of small things where we needed some flexibility. Would visit again!

We walked into a barn transformed into a full on party barn! We had a engagement party with Chili, Cornhole and Beer! They thought of everything. It was a Stock the Bar Party for our engagement and wedding. Everyone had such a great time and it was the talk of the town. I would definitely recommend them! They also did my wedding!

Absolute Hidden Gem If I could give this property and the owner 10 stars I would This house is an absolute hidden gem. Only a 10 minute Uber to Broadway and just on the outskirts of 5 points. It is the perfect location. The owner bent over backwards to make sure our special occasion was just that. Providing her with a small fee. We were able to send decorations to the house, that she set up along as having champagne ready for us when we arrived. This house is perfect for bachelorette parties. Three large rooms, one king, one queen and a set of bunkbeds, makes it perfect for groups of eight or two couples with children. The downstairs has a long island where you can play games or set up a little minibar The back deck is perfect for a group of 8 or so, and the hot tub can fit as many. This property is perfect. If you’re not familiar with five points, it’s its own little collective of bars and fantastic restaurants A nice touch if you wanna get away from the loud music of Broadway I cannot say enough about this property. We will definitely return and use it again.

We were so pleased with the house and pool. We have a large family, and the house provided ample space for everyone and for all the children to play. The pool was a huge hit and we spent every day swimming!! They provided all you need for an entire week! Plenty of towels for the pool and bathrooms. Beautiful home with good restaurants and shopping fairly close by!! Great week 🤍🤍🤍

Very comfortable house in a quiet neighborhood, convenient location. We needed a kitchen and a dining room for the Thanksgiving dinner. We managed just fine!Andy, the manager, was very attentive and promptly took care of the few things we requested. Thank you Andy!

Great vacation home for adults!

The host was exceptional very helpful and accommodating.. our family loved the house and all of it’s amenities.. very clean, fully stocked , comfortable and close to town and the university where we were going for activities. We will definitely plan to use this property again.. highly recommend.

Everything was absolutely perfect and exactly as described in the listing. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had so many activities and amenities to enjoy—we never ran out of things to do! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it the perfect place to relax and create unforgettable memories. Every detail exceeded our expectations, and the experience was truly exceptional. Beautiful little home. The kids loved to karaoke & golf game! The hot tub was great and fire pit was really nice The home was tastefully decorated for the holidays, with just the right touch of Christmas cheer, complete with a tree! Great location close to everything … yet far enough to enjoy a peaceful setting. A very comfortable home with great amenities. It was the perfect place for our family to spend time together.

PERFECT! Everything about the house was perfect, from the location to the airport and Broadway, to the amount of bedrooms, the size of the kitchen and eating area, the outside decks and the amount to do in the basement was all spectacular. We had so much fun.

Wonderful Getaway We booked this home for a girls weekend getaway to celebrate a 40th birthday. The house was just as described, plenty of room for us and the hot tub was an added bonus! We were able to walk to a few cocktail joints and restaurants as well. The only reason we put 4 stars instead of 5 for cleanliness as I think a previous guest’s dog had peed on the sofa/pillow. But otherwise the home was very clean, tidy, and provided all the amenities we needed.

This was a great place to stay during our visit to Nashville. We traveled from Oregon for my daughter’s 21st Birthday. The house accommodated our group of 10 perfectly. There is plenty to do at the house. Pool table, darts, karaoke, fire pit, hot tub etc. The house is nicely decorated and very clean. We would definitely rent again! Great Thanksgiving Holiday Our family spent 4 days here & everything worked out great! We were able to prepare a holiday meal, watch the parade & football, play family games & quickly & easily get to Nashville attractions. The property is dog-friendly with a fenced-in back yard, which was great for us. While all 3 bedrooms are upstairs, there is a half-bath downstairs which allowed my in-laws with mobility issues to visit for the day. Parking is somewhat tight, but we were able to easily park 3 vehicles in the designated parking area right in front of the house. Very happy with this rental!

This is probably one of the best Airbnb homes I have stayed in. It was a very nice home, functional, and had tons to do with my family. The game room was amazing and we had a blast. The house was very clean, which made the stay comfortable. It was a safe area, which made me at ease. Very close to downtown and less than 20 minutes to other parts of the city we visited. The only thing I did not like (and this is me being very picky) is the upstairs living area not having comfortable seating with an easy view of the tv. However, the little kids didn’t mind playing on the floor with their show playing in the background. We spent most of the time downstairs anyway and it was great. The karaoke was so much fun, even my 2 yr old performed! Next time we visit Nashville, we will definitely stay here again! Highly recommend! Will 100% Return We recently stayed at BNA Blue in Nashville, Tennessee, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The location is perfectly central, making it easy to access all the attractions we wanted to explore while still being nestled in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood.The house itself was immaculate, with a thoughtful layout that catered seamlessly to both kids and adults. Everyone in our group loved the karaoke and pool table setup—it was a hit for evening entertainment—as well as the hot tub, which provided a perfect way to relax after a day of activities.The kitchen was another highlight for us, stocked with everything we could possibly need, from utensils and cookware to basic spices. It felt like a home away from home, and these thoughtful touches really stood out.This stay exceeded our expectations in every way, and we’re already looking forward to returning to this exact place in the future.
