I made a same day appointment to come in and do a medium sized rug. It was very fun, but a time consuming activity. It took about 4 hours for the medium rug, and I think I finished quite quickly because I chose a basic design. The staff was so helpful in teaching me what to do, and ensuring that my project was done well so when complete it would look great. Note that it’s going to take 2+ weeks for me to be able to go back and pickup my finished item, you don’t get to take it home the same day.

We had an absolute blast tufting rugs. It was so much fun and not as hard as I thought it would be. The staff (Elvina & Isaac) were super friendly and helpful. They made the entire process easy and fun. The studio space is really nice, clean, and they have TONS of colors to pick from to make your rug! I already have 2 or 3 other rug ideas I’m planning to go back in and make.

Great way to spend a Saturday afternoon! Rug tufting is very forgiving for the less artistically inclined 😊

Fun idea for a date night. The guns used to make the rugs can be a little temperamental but they're otherwise easy to get comfortable with.

Loved this place! Much cheaper to make a rug here than to buy all the materials myself. I recommend coming with a design in mind and on your phone to project onto the frame. They had a great selection of yarns to use and a clean space to work in. My only recommendation would be to get sturdier projector stands since that got jostled easily by myself and others. Not too difficult to correct, though. The knowledgeable attendants gave an informative tutorial and time to practice before working on our project. They were responsive when anyone needed help and did not rush us, which I really appreciated since I work so slowly. Got my rug back 3 weeks later and ahead of their estimated pick up time. They did a great job trimming it and putting on the backing. Absolutely coming back again and bringing more friends!

I came to Pop Craft with a big, optimistic idea for my rug, and thanks to the best teacher ever—Elvina—it became a reality! Her insightful input and hands-on help, especially with the eye gradient, took my project to the next level. She truly made this whole experience unbelievable. This was my first time at Pop Craft, and it was so much fun! We created our own 19x19 inch carpets/rugs. The staff was very nice and informative and provided everything we needed. After we finished making our rugs, they will put a backing and shave down any excess to make it look perfect! I will definitely be back again!

As part of my bachelorette weekend my girls got us a 3 hour session tufting to make rugs and it was so much fun! Lukas was so helpful and patient with our whiny and needy group LOL. Altogether we each made our rugs and they'll be ready for pick up in 3 weeks. This is absolutely an activity I would recommend. I'm planning on taking my fiance for us to get our tufting on!

Surprised my wife with an impromptu visit to make her own lipstick and she loved it.

We had a party of 12, I did the lipstick and it was so much fun! Rebecca was such a great help and so patient with all of us! Other people in my party did carpets and phone cases and everyone loved it. We will definitely be coming back

We came in for a bachelorette and had a ton of fun making lipstick. The stuff was amazing. Super helpful in choosing colors and making sure that we were happy!

I had a great experience doing a tufting class here! I’d seen so many videos about it and was worried it would be too difficult but the staff was so knowledgeable and helpful. I had an amazing experience and I would recommend it to everyone! You get to trace your design so you don’t need to be super artistic and there’s a pretty big allowance for errors with how the rugs look at the end so it’s a low stress environment!

My cousins and I had such a great time rug tufting! Kylie was amazing from start to finish, so patient and willing to answer all of our questions. You can tell she truly loves what she does. She even stepped in to help make sure our rugs turned out perfect. I’m giving this 5 stars because she made my birthday rug tufting experience unforgettable!
