Flight Room Seattle

I had my 40th birthday party with my girls at this location. After the party, I got a week-long unlimited class pass, and after a few classes, I decided to add it to my routine. The instructors I met so far are all so friendly and helped me get familiar with the hammock: for the person who had zero experience, I felt confident about my ability after the first class. T

Our group had a private birthday party hosted at this location. Oksana, our instructor, was amazing and led us through a beginner class with an excellent warm-up that led into some fun inversion work. She was great at carefully breaking down each movement into easy-to-understand instructions. We all had a wonderful time and will be back for classes in the future! The space was beautiful and clean. It was such a refreshing way to end a week and we got a good workout! I would highly recommend Flight Room to others interested in hosting a private event/party.

We had an excellent experience doing an aerial yoga class for a bachelorette party with Patty. She customized the class to our desires and even stayed after to let us play around a bit. I highly recommend!
