Do we need any yoga or aerial experience?

Not at all! Our parties are beginner-friendly and designed specifically for your group. No flexibility, strength, or prior experience required ~ just bring a sense of adventure!

Is there a weight limit?

For safety, our aerial hammocks have a working load limit of 400 lbs. We welcome all bodies and are happy to make modifications when possible ~ just let us know in advance if you have any concerns or accessibility needs!

How many people can we bring?

Our studios can accommodate up to 16 participants depending on the location.

Wear comfortable workout clothes ~ think leggings and a fitted top. Avoid clothing with zippers or jewelry that could snag the hammocks.

Can we play our own music?

Yes! We’ll create a playlist based on your preferences or you can share a Spotify playlist and we’ll queue it up for you.

Can we take photos during the class?

Absolutely! We reserve time at the end of class for group photos, flying poses, and your best upside-down shots.

Is this more of a workout or a chill experience?

Totally up to you! We’ll tailor the vibe based on your group — whether you’re looking for a playful flow, a relaxing stretch, or something in between.

What’s included in the price?

Your party includes a private 60-minute class with a dedicated instructor, personalized music, time for photos, and a free week of classes for all guests.

What’s your cancellation policy?

We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. A deposit may be required to hold your date.

Is there an age limit?

There is no age limit for private events. Bring your whole crew!

Can we bring food or drinks?

We don’t allow food or drinks in the studio (outside of water and the free snacks), but you're welcome to coordinate with nearby restaurants or book extra time if you'd like to hang out after.

I had my 40th birthday party with my girls at this location. After the party, I got a week-long unlimited class pass, and after a few classes, I decided to add it to my routine. The instructors I met so far are all so friendly and helped me get familiar with the hammock: for the person who had zero experience, I felt confident about my ability after the first class. T

Wow! I celebrated my 40th birthday at a private party at Flight Room Green Lake with a handful of my best friends and it was an AMAZING evening! We had so much fun, pushed ourselves, and tried something completely new for all of us. I cannot give enough praise to our instructor Theresa - she helped us all feel safe, empowered, and proud of our strong and beautiful 40 year old bodies. As a bonus she curated the perfect playlist just for us. The owner Jen made scheduling easy and answered all my questions promptly via email. Easily a 5 star experience, THANK YOU!!!!

October 2022 • Birthday Party

Our group had a private birthday party hosted at this location. Oksana, our instructor, was amazing and led us through a beginner class with an excellent warm-up that led into some fun inversion work. She was great at carefully breaking down each movement into easy-to-understand instructions. We all had a wonderful time and will be back for classes in the future! The space was beautiful and clean. It was such a refreshing way to end a week and we got a good workout! I would highly recommend Flight Room to others interested in hosting a private event/party.
