Tahoe Wakebusters

Awesome service from Wake Busters this past weekend. Highly recommend them as their staff and their boats were exactly what we were looking for in a boat rental company.

We rented a pontoon from Tahoe Wakebusters earlier this month and had an wonderful time! Clayton was great. He took us to several amazing spots and was very knowledgeable about the lake. Everyone in our party had a great time. We'd 100% rent with Tahoe Wakebusters again!

Everything was amazing on our trip on the lake. If you visit Lake Tahoe don't hesitate on booking them. Right on time, the captain Richard was great. An all around excellent experience

Tahoe Wakebusters is AWESOME. We had an absolute blast out on the water and we all agree that that was the highlight of our trip. The best part is they were much cheaper than everywhere else I called. Thanks to the guys down there for all the help.

We had the most amazing time out on the lake! The boat was perfect for our large group and the sound system allowed us to play all of our favorite tunes! We had an incredible experience with Tahoe WakeBusters, even in the face of a completely unexpected storm. On Saturday, a group of seven of us had a four-hour boat ride booked with a private captain. Everything started off perfectly. We signed our forms, got on the boat, and set off under beautiful skies. The boat itself was big, beautiful, and spotless. It came with a cooler (though no ice), a grill, a Bluetooth surround sound system to connect our music, and even double slides. If the storm hadn’t ruined our experience, it honestly would have been perfect. Not long into the ride, the weather changed dramatically. A sudden, intense storm rolled in—one our captain, Clayton, said was unlike anything he had seen before, and he’s been doing this for a very long time. Despite the chaos, Clayton remained calm, professional, and completely focused on keeping us safe. He made the smart decision to return to the dock quickly and handled the situation with care and confidence. Tragically, we later learned there were fatalities on the water that day from other boats. I can say without a doubt that Clayton’s experience and judgment kept us out of harm’s way. On top of that, the company gave us a full refund, even though we still had close to 45 minutes out on the water. Every person we interacted with, from the staff at check-in to our captain, was kind, professional, and genuinely friendly. These are good people who truly care about their customers. If I’m ever back in Lake Tahoe, I will absolutely book with Tahoe WakeBusters again. No hesitation at all. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
