Elevate Yoga AZ

This was an absolute dream come true for the bachelorette party. It was the perfect amount of fun mixed with calm. It was a great break from all the high energy activities we were doing. Our instructor took our song requests and planned a class that matched us perfectly.

This was a great class. It really caused me to slow down, breathe, and notice what my body was doing. Such a nice escape from the rest of my day!

The experience was incredible! Jess was supportive and encouraging. Our group has a wide variety of skills and abilities and she helped us all have fun.

Heather’s restorative aerial yoga and yoga nidra class was amazing. Hands down the deepest meditation I have ever experienced. I left the class feeling renewed and at peace. Thank you Heather for providing such a safe and relaxing space.

This is such a great offering & all levels friendly! It started with an informative introduction, intention setting, and tea. The class was so soothing and I’m pretty sure I was so relaxed that I fell asleep during one of the shapes. The reiki offering was very soothing and added to the calm state. I left this class feeling more present than when I arrived.

I already knew I love sound baths, but a sound bath while floating in a hammock is on another level.

This place is awesome! I took a restorative yoga class with Amber and I felt like a new human coming out of it. The pace of the class allowed me to focus my mind, allowed me to get deeper into my stretches and relaxation, and was all around amazing. I will definitely be going back.

From scheduling the class to communication leading up to the event, it was so simple and easy! Charley was an amazing instructor and helped to make the experience so fun. Our bachelorette group was very excited to try this and we all left feeling proud for to try something new. Thanks Elevate for a memorable experience!!

Rachel was an exceptional teacher. Her flow was powerful and the transitions between shapes felt really smooth. I like the way she cued and the things she said to focus on made me think of engaging in different ways Her voice is very calming. I left feeling super stretched out, and mood was definitely boosted!

Jess is always great! She provides clear instructions and will try different cues to help you. She has such a positive energy and is so amazing at the silks.
